In southern Finistère, between Audierne and Pointe du Raz (a major tourist site in Brittany), on the Cap Sizun peninsula, Primelin benefits from a very mild microclimate. 1.8 km from the small cove of "Pors Tarz", starting point for hiking trails. 2.3 km from Cabestan cove, a beautiful fine sand beach. 2.4 km from the small port of Loc'h. Aquatic centre ("Aquacap") 3 km away in Esquibien. The town of Audierne and the landing point to visit the island of Sein are located 5 km away.



This traditional-style house, located near the charming St Theodore chapel, welcomes you for peaceful seaside holidays. Small shops 2 km away and shopping centre 4 km away. Possibility to park along the wall outside the property.



Garden with 1300 m² lawn semi-enclosed (enclosed by a low wall and a gate on the road side, natural hedge on the garden side), small terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 1 parasol, barbecue.

- 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160x200 cm bed, the second with a 140x190 cm bed, sea view.

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90*190 cm and 1 bed 110*180 cm, sea view.

Access to the floor by 2 staircases.

The double bedrooms communicate with each other and also have 2 independent entrances.

Maison paisible et bien située

Propriétaires très sympathiques, maison magnifique et pratique, à quelques minutes de la mer et de la pointe du raz. Un havre de paix et de sérénité. La literie (très molle) et le manque de produits type éponges, liquide vaisselle et sacs poubelles.

Poor experience. Not a welcoming property. Austere and in parts unsafe for childrenolder folk. There was an all pervading smell of mustiness . Bed covers pillows and chair throws were old and tired and not freshly laundered. One chair leg broke with severe woodworm . I informed owners who were very defensive. Poorly placed pavers at front and worse at back terrace steps covered in loose slates.. very dangerous but hosts did not agree. Plumbing poor. Noisy and interconnecting sinks slow to drain. Washing area upstairs behind a curtain. Bidet in bathroom but toilet separate room! Bizarre. House itself had no warm touches.. no gamesactivities. No cleaning products etc. NO WIFI Phone signal poor. We spent as much time as possible out of the house." Les couvre-lits, les oreillers et les jetés de chaise étaient vieux et fatigués, et pas fraîchement lavés. Un pied de chaise s'est cassé à cause d'une forte infestation de vers à bois. J'ai prévenu les propriétaires, qui étaient très sur la défensive. Pavés mal placés à l'avant, et pire encore à l'arrière, les marches de la terrasse étaient recouvertes d'ardoises détachées… très dangereux, mais les hôtes n'étaient pas d'accord. Plomberie défectueuse. Lavabos bruyants et communicants, lents à se vider. Espace buanderie à l'étage derrière un rideau. Bidet dans la salle de bain, mais toilettes séparées ! Bizarre. La maison elle-même n'avait aucune touche chaleureuse : pas de jeux ni d'activités. Pas de produits d'entretien, etc. Pas de Wi-Fi. Signal téléphonique faible. Nous avons passé le plus de temps possible hors de la maison."

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus in Primelin. Die Übergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Wir hatten super Wetter. Lage in der Nähe des Meeres!
