Great stay! The place was clean, the area was safe, and the house was comfortable. There were actually more beds than in the description; 4 beds and sofa sleeper upstairs and 3 beds and sofa sleeper downstairs, which was great for our family.
Love the property! Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood. All the basics were supplied and everything was very very comfortable, but don’t look for luxury bedding if that’s your thing. Tons of space for everyone. Huge bonus: you don’t have to spend the morning of checkout stripping beds, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, etc. They do all that!!! Amazing and made things stress free. Would definitely stay again!
Wonderful location. Safe neighborhood. Perfect for our family with son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren upstairs (could barely hear them when they got up every morning). My husband and I were downstairs with daughter and son-in-law. It was the perfect amount of space for the 9 of us.
This was a convenient location to the whole OKC area. The two duplexes gave of room for our family of 8.The front porch needs repaired. But management was very responsive when we needed a toaster, bigger coffee maker & blankets (the weather had turned cold) they also brought a new set of pots and pans for the upstairs duplex kitchen. If we travel back to the OKC area we would rent one or both duplexes again, depending on the size of our group.
The house was lovely and perfect for our situation. We were not sure about the location but it was great & convenient. Two apartments connected by a staircase. Daughter, Son-in-Law and their 17 teen year old could escape upstairs to work or have alone time. It was great in many ways. Daughter had conference calls & it allowed her to have privacy without us all being on top of each other. Only negative was we were counting on fenced in yard for dogs and it had been compromised so we had a lot of dog walking.
We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. All of the beds were comfortable and the house is supplied with nice amenities. Check in and check out was seamless. The location is close to Midtown, downtown and Bricktown.
This property was perfect for the family and friends that flew or drove from several states to see my daughter get married in Oklahoma City. With 2 kitchens, lots of beds, and attractive aesthetics, we made wonderful memories here! Thanks, Dennis!
Property was exact as described and we had great communication with Dennis. Loved our stay. House built in 1928 but comfortable and a great shower and lots of hot water. Floors are a bit squeaky but I liked that part!
This was a great home. Convenient to the city. Alot of room and the owner provides many little extras. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great!
Great house & location! The lighting in the kitchen was a little dim but not too bad! The house had almost everything we needed & more. Beds were extremely comfortable also! We had a couple things we left behind after checkout, but Dennis was amazing & willing to drop it off to some friends we had in OKC! Would definitely stay here again!
