What we do is none of your business, none of it is illegal activity. And we are following all your “house rules” If you don’t want ppl at your home then don’t rent it out. And the condition of the property and the quality of the games is subpar if that. We are not causing any damage or doing anything to your property. I would have never rented your property if I knew this was going to be a problem. This makes me think you have hidden cameras in the house as well. Amber reply: But, I’ll let ya know. U book for 6 kids and 2 adults and you have over 20 plus your entire stay. You had an and authorized party, all day till 3am Never fellow any house rules I was very professional not kicking you guys out. You called vrbo and lie, that I have cameras inside the house U know very well that's a lie U hadn't any complaints until I catch your lie and scam. U guys trashed the whole house, damage onr tv. Videos and pictures don't lie. Claim department will be contacting you soon. I have proof of everything The guest violated the booking terms by bringing additional unapproved guests to the property beyond the number included in the reservation. Extra guest fees were clearly disclosed on the site and house instructions applied according to the listing rules and occupancy limits. Which u haven't pay Throughout the stay, we communicated with the guest only regarding property access, occupancy compliance, and standard hosting responsibilities. At no time was there harassment or inappropriate conduct. All communication records are available through the Vrbo messaging platform. The property was professionally cleaned and prepared prior to arrival. No cleanliness concerns were reported immediately upon check-in, which would normally be expected if conditions were truly unacceptable. Had the guest notified us during the stay, we would have addressed any legitimate issue promptly. Regarding the listed complaints: Outdoor furniture and amenities were functional and accurately represented in the listing. Grill usage instructions and available amenities were disclosed in the house instructions. Sufficient towels and linens were provided based on the approved guest count on the reservation. The guest exceeded the approved occupancy, which directly affected towel and supply usage. The property was inspected after checkout and damage to the television was discovered, which was not present before the stay We provide quality and first class hosting Over see years nobody's that stay with us.
