About this property

Charming tiny studio in center of Paris

This VERY SMALL studio (12 square meters) is in the historical district next to "Grands Boulevards", with shopping Streets, many Museums, Theaters, Cinemas, Restaurants, Metros. It has a private bathroom, high speed wifi, tv. Very quiet and comfortable.

You will have available linen for bedding, as well as towels, shower gel and shampoo.

The studio is on the fifth floor with a lift.

As a lot of old people live in this building, thanks to take care about the noise.

The CHECK IN is from 5 PM and the CHECK OUT is until 11 AM. If you want to check in earlier thanks to ask me before booking.

I am usually available on site even during working hours to help you.

The Neighborhood:

The heart of the historical district right in the center of Paris. Right in between the "grands boulevards" and the very lively area of Les Halles / Montorgueil. You will discover may nice little shops, theaters, museums, and very trendy restaurants.

From the studio you can walk until most of the museums. You need to walk between 20 and 30 minutes to go to the Louvre, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Sainte Chapelle, the Place des Vosges ...

The famous local market food in the area is the Marché Montorgueil (15 minutes by walk from the studio)

One of the restaurant you should try is the Bouillon Chartier (7 minutes by walk from the studio). It is a very nice and old restaurant and it is typical french food and it is cheap.

Getting Around

Metro lines 8 and 9, "Grands Boulevards" or "Bonne Nouvelle" stations.
Metro line 3, "Sentier" station.
RER A, B, D at 15 minutes walking (Chatelet Les Halles).
25 min to Eiffel Tower - direct in Metro line 9 (Trocadéro)
20 min to Champs Elysées - direct in Metro line 9 (Franklin roosevelt)

This small 12M2 studio is close to the Grands Boulevards and the Montorgueil district, in the middle of Museums, Theaters, Cinemas, Restaurants, Subways, Shops of all kinds. You will appreciate its comfortable bed, its private bathroom, its high speed wifi, its dedicated TV box, its calm. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels). Shower gel and shampoo are available in your bathroom.

Right in the center of Paris. At the same time, next to the Grands Boulevards and the very lively district of Les Halles and Rue Montorgueil. You will find there many theaters, museums, and trendy restaurants. 1 minute from the Grand Rex!

Small but centralized

Perfect little studio in central Paris, 1-2 miles away from a few major attractions such as the Louvre and Sainte Chapelle. There is a lift if you can’t use the stairs. Definitely a good size for a solo traveler, and cramped if you’re a couple. The location makes up for it, and the host was kind enough to give me a map of the immediate area and pointed out a great pastry shop and nearby attractions.

Cozy & Convenient

I just returned from a 21 nite stay at Charles’ studio on the Right Bank in the 10e, and tho’ it is verrry small (I’m 5’7” in the morning), it is clean, comfortable and convenient. Go get yourself some exercise; Montmartre, the Louvre, Opera Garnier and the Seine are @ 1 mile walk, give or take; there are restaurants, grocery n retail stores, and covered passageways on the Grands Boulevards, and a couple of bus lines and metro stops right there, too. And Charles is a great host with a world of info to share about his neighborhood and his city. And he is available if assistance be required. Bottom line: I’ll stay there again.

Excellent accueil et situation géographique de l appartement. Néanmoins il serait nécessaire qu il y ait un wc complet avec rabat. Car peu hygiénique et la cafetière semble au bout de course.. Pour 1 nuit cela est un bon rapport qualité prix

Perfect Place to Stay

Charles’ place was fantastic! Great location and nice and tidy. Very close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Charles was a great host—he knew tons about the area and gave us some great recommendations for places to go and restaurants. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the times were flexible which was a big help to us. He also spoke perfect English, which is great as my French isn’t very good. Overall had a lovely stay, I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to go to Paris!

très bien situé pour visiter paris proche de tout les centre d intérêts de la capitale. Nous avons tout visité à pieds (Eiffel, musée Orsay, théâtre madeleine, butte Montmartre etc.) à maximum 30 minutes à pieds.Charles le propriétaire très sympa nous as très très bien accueillis avec de très bons conseils merci Charles. Je vous conseil vivement cette location.

Swietna lokalizacja blisko wszedzie. Metro przy mieszkaniu z 2 liniami (9 i 8 ). Mieszkanie tanie ale za to bardzo male, wystarczy jednak do przenocowania, dla turysty nie potrzeba nic wiecej. Bardzo mily i pomocny wlasciciel, pozwala na wczesniejszy check in i pozniejszy check out. Polecam Superläge. Nära till allt. Tunnelbana vid lgh med 2 linje (9 å 8). Billigt lgh men sällsynt litet, räcker väl dock för övernattning. Behovs inte mer för turister. Värden var snäll och hjälpsam, tillåter tidig incheckning och sen utcheckning. Rekommenderar

Klein aber fein!

Das Apartment ist zwar sehr klein, hat aber alles was man braucht! Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl sind auch schon vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett, hat jede Menge Tipps und es liegt ihm viel daran, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht der sehr knapp bemessene Abstand zwischen der Toilette und der Wand. Man sollte nicht zu groß sein oder eben etwas gelenkig ;) Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles Charles!
