The only thing I can say is the location is great. We left after 3 nights and got a hotel room with air conditioning. Host was friendly, Not sure if previous reviews are legit as I cannot see this as a 10/10 rating. Drain in shower was backing up. Bathroom sink plug got stuck. Too hot to bear during our stay. Ok if you don’t have any expectations.

This is a very small studio right in the heart of Le Marais. Great location next to Metro and everything Le Marais has to offer. Very quiet space when I was there, which I appreciated. Note that there is not much furniture beyond a couple beds and a table. It also tends to be a bit warmer than whatever the outside temperature is during summer months, although a fan helps somewhat. It's also 95 steps up to get to, so keep that in mind when bringing in luggage and/or planning your activities. Good spot for folks who plan to spend most of their time in Paris out and about, as it's more a place to sleep/shower/rest between outings.

A great place! And the host was very welcoming and communicative. Our only quibbles are that we weren’t aware that there is no elevator, but there are many flights of stairs. Also there is no full length mirror which was a drawback during Fashion Week!

The location is wonderful and super easy to find. Coffee ready to make was great and communication with the hosts is great. There are a LOT of stairs. If you have suitcases and don't love stairs, today be rough but everything else was fantastic.

Staying in a piece of history

Our stay was great, everything was very accurately advertised. The location in the Marais was by far the most important for us, so having a quaint apartment and sleeping in separate beds was a concession that we were prepared to make. We would stay here again!

Small, quirky but perfect for a weekend stay! Pedro was very helpful when we arrived advising us of local buses etc. Central location walkable to pretty much everywhere. Would definitely recommend:)

The location was fantastic, between the islands in the Seine and the upper Marais. All within walking distance and such beautiful walking!!! The manager was a joy to work with. He was there personally to show me around the apartment. I loved the view into the courtyards and the church bells. Amenities were perfect. This is a GREAT place from which to explore the real Paris.

Great stay!

Jean-Marie was very helpful with everything and the location was ideal. The room is very basic which is what I needed, no frills. It is quite a hike up the steps but for the price it is worth it. I would stay there again in a second.

Great place close to all the touristy spots!

This place was small but cozy, exactly as described in the listing. It was a great home base for my daughter and I to spend a week in Paris. The stairs were brutal, especially at the end of a long day, but also added to the charm of the old building.
