This 50 m2 apartment integrates a small complex focused only on holidays where your privacy will be completely preserved (without any vis-à-vis) in a tropical park of 4000 m2 with coconut palms, sumptuous palm trees, mango trees, banana trees, bougainvillers in colors explosives, birds of paradise and other amazing tropical flowers. This exceptional location very close to the villa, while avoiding noise pollution from the seafront and the city center, will allow you to spend a wonderful holiday with everything you need to spend a stay in a total change of scenery with complete peace of mind. The city center and the beach are 3 or 4 minutes by car (15/20 minutes on foot), your vehicle will be in a free and secure car park within the residence and the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees is completely secure and large enough and spacious for our few residents.

Très agréable séjour qui a débuté par un très bon accueil. Un très joli appartement avec confort et équipement. De plus le site est accueillant avec sa verdure et sa grande piscine ainsi que son snack. Idéalement situé au calme et proche des commerces, de la plage de St Pierre ainsi que les grands axes routiers.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien agencé et très confortable dans un lieux très calme et reposant. Rien à dire sur la propreté et l'aménagement. On était comme à la maison. les propriétaires Sophie et Jérôme sont adorables et toujours disponibles. Belle résidence où nous avons apprécié le jardin tropical et la grande piscine. Le centre ville est tout proche et nous avons pu rayonner dans tout le sud avec facilité. Un lieux d'exception à conseiller où nous reviendrons sûrement
