Wonderful home and fully stocked kitchen! Check in was easy and home was close to the park entrance. Loved the fact that there was a ping doing table in the garage, especially for a rainy afternoon. Proximity to the Big Thompson allowed for great access for fly fishing.
The house is extremely well equipped and is just like it looks. Plenty of room and very cozy. Estes Park is small and lovely and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 5 miles away.
Everything was nice and easy. The parking was tight but accommodated 2 vehicles as listed. Amenities were all top notch. Hot was throughout the house was great!Would easily stay again
The experience was first class from the moment we stepped in to the property. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality construction of the property was excellent. We loved the location and ability to go a minute down the road to the YMCA for activities or in to town for restaurants and shopping. The location was quiet, aside from the gentle sounds of the river. We had elk walk by the river one morning. The river was too fast to fish this time of year but nice to hear and look at.
The cabin is lovely. Quiet, convenient location. Close to the Y and RMNP. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen. We loved the ping pong table on the first floor. We inquired about checking in just a little early and they were able to accommodate that, which was so nice of them. The only issue we had was that the oven door shattered very unexpectedly and quite shockingly while we were using it. At first the property mgmt co was understanding, but then unfortunately accused us of dropping something heavy on the door, which just wasn’t true. I’m thankful for the insurance, and hopeful that it will cover the expense since we didn’t do anything that would explain this bizarre occurrence. But other than that, it was perfect! Highly recommend.
The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 grandkids. Location with amenities was just what we wanted. Tamara and James were great hosts and were very prompt to answer a couple of questions we had.
This house is exactly as it is advertised. The location is great, easy to get to Estes Park in just a few minutes. The river view was beautiful, and opening the windows we could hear birds and rushing water. Check out was a breeze, no extra cleaning like some places have you do, just some basic tidying up. Tamara was very quick to respond to messages, and helped us get back an item that was left behind. I would say the only downside was that we had two large SUVs and backing out was a little tricky. We should have utilized the overflow parking more, there are steps right to the house from it.
The Kyle was perfect for a weekend in Estes for our multi generational family. Quiet, near the river and wishing short distance of RMNP and the town. It was very comfortable and well supplied. We loved it!
We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, it had a nice layout of the rooms, and was close to family- accessible activities. The home was equipped with a baby crib, kitchen staples, and bath toiletries. We recommend this place!
The pictures do not do this property justice! Extremely clean, comfortable home that accommodated our group of 9 easily. Highly recommend this property!!!
We stayed for 5 days with our adult kids. The house was very roomy for adults, 3 levels. All furniture, linens, kitchen items were very nice We felt right at home and will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful home base for our family vacation to Estes Park.
The Kyle cabin was in a great location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The place was clean and check in was very easy. It was a great layout for 2 families with kids. All the amenities we needed. Thank you!
This was our second stay at Kyle House and we will be back! The house is fully stocked and so comfortable. Kids love the ping pong table. Close to town and RMNP, but I love how it feels like you are in a cabin in the woods.
Clean, well-appointed property. We used it as a home base while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park for a couple days, and it was perfect - plenty of sleeping room, a good sized dining room table, and a convenient location. The living room isn't huge, but it comfortably sat 5 adults, and besides - you'll likely be spending more time out than in!
Stayed for fathers 75th birthday and we had blast. Enough room for entire family. Greatest perk was the ability to have a ping pong tournament

Why they chose this property
The Kyle home is simply lovely! Every detail has been covered, from well-made, beautiful mountain-style furnishings to an updated, remodeled kitchen, new washer/dryer, comfy new mattresses and bedding and a super location. The owners chose this home because of its proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, the Evergreens that surround the home and the beautiful setting near the Big Thompson River. There's plenty of space for the family! Every year, the owners make improvements. New furnace in 2020, New A/C in 2021!
What makes this property unique
You'll love the peacefulness of The Kyle. Super clean with local property management means you have actual people caring for you during your stay. Nestled among the Evergreens with the Big Thompson River less than a minute's walk away, you can fall asleep or get completely relaxed on the deck listening to the sound of the river running by. Walk into Rocky Mountain National Park right from your vacation home! Some of Estes Park's finest restaurants are within walking distance or a very short drive away. The YMCA is conveniently located about 1/4 mile west of Aspen Brook, too.
