Three full bathrooms. Upstairs Hummingbird MBR with king bed, ensuite bath, private deck, views of Twin Sisters Peak, and staircase to fenced garden. Long's Peak Bedroom with log bed. Cowboy Bunk Room with amazing twin over full log bunk bed and sturdy baby/todler crib. Family retreat suite, which can be made private, includes queen Murphy bed, 66" Sony HDTV, en suite bath, wet bar with small refrigerator, porch access, and garden atrium with sitting bench, sink, and flowers. All bedrooms have colorful handmade quilts. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spices, oils, coffee, tea, cocoa, and modern small appliances. Comfortable living room with soaring ceiling, deck access, views of Kruger Rock, 48" Sony HDTV, books, puzzles, and games. Full laundry facilities.

We felt at home. We loved this place.

We had a wonderful time! We all slept so well. My 2 year old loved the crib so much she slept past 9am every day! We didn’t want to leave. We saw a huge herd of elk on the road one afternoon and it was breathtaking. We also enjoyed walking down to the park and around the lake. Thanks again! We hope to come back some day.

Great place to stay

Our family absolutely loved the house! It was a great location and was exactly what we needed. The mother in laws suite was perfect for after a long day of site seeing to come back, get comfy and watch a movie. They also provided some binoculars that were awesome for star gazing and we saw a moose in the mountains! Great attention to detail! Would NOT stay anywhere else when we visit!

Mountain Getaway

This was a perfect place for our families summer mountain getaway! Nesteled in a quiet community, just a few miles from the bustle of Estes Park, this was truly a home away from home. We saw deer, hummingbirds, and rabbits every day from the deck that overlooks a beautiful wildflower garden. Every amenity that we could want was right there and Bill and Tracy were so easy to communicate with for any need that arose.

Family Trip to RMNP

Great location, easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our 6 person family. All the amenities needed for our trip. Plenty of cooking supplies as well as games/TV for the kids. Would definitely use again if and when we come back to the area!
