Nice well appointed Condo for a family

We enjoyed our stay and loved the pool area , slides, swimming and hotubs. Located in a great position on the beach. A great base to explore the island. The Condo was great for our family of five as there was ample space for the foldout bed. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was awesome for cooking our Xmas dinner. The condo has a view of the beautiful mountains and the shopping centre that is located across the street. Handy having food options restaurants/groceries walking distance. We were not impacted at all by the noise of the traffic. Thank you

Amazing place on an amazing island!

Words do not do justice to this apartment because of how good it is.... but I will try. It has everything you need in a place to stay (we had my wife and I and 3 teenagers)... lots of space, TVs , internet access, bathrooms, 3 toilets, etc! Beautiful kitchen, washer, dryer and other high quality amenities. All of this in an amazing resort with a great pool and gym which we used a lot. It is in a great location- opposiste Safeway, Starbucks and other shops. Not far from food trucks and other shops also. We loved the location of the apartment as it was in the 'middle' so easy access to wherever we wanted to go including our day trips (traffic can be a little slow at times but nothing major). Just a fantastic clean place, so worth us paying a little bit extra and would give it ten stars if our family could.

Nice place

The 2 bedroom unit was built extremely clean and nicely furnished with everything needed for a Kauai condo stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our bedrooms were comfortable but our tall teens were hanging off the full sized guest bedroom beds. The unit was well maintained except for a guest room door which was clearly broken. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Location has a far away view of the mountains and a close view of the busy street outside. We had no issues with noise. Overall, this was a clean comfortable place to stay.

Great Vacation in Paradise

We enjoyed our two weeks vacation in Kauai. The location was perfect. Easy drive to all of the beaches, airport, harbor, grocery store, restaurants. Loved the pool and sunrises on the beach! Definitely will be back.

Great location on kauai

Very clean and well appointed condo in prime Kauai location. Great property with nice pool and good beach. 30-45 minutes to either end of the island.

A wonderful place to stay

The unit is lovely and just large enough for our family of seven. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved having three bathrooms. The beach is an easy two minute walk. There was an issue with the kitchen sink draining, and the property manager got it taken care off the same day. Having the grocery store right across the street is convenient. There are a lot of very good restaurants within a five minute drive. 10/10

Trip of a lifetime

Great place

We really enjoyed this condo and the amenities. Everything was very clean and the condo was well stocked with lots of extras. I knew the view was facing the parking lot and that didn’t bother our family at all. It was a great corner unit on the top floor. The pool has beach towels available to check out, which was super helpful and we were able to take them to the beach.

It was the perfect location for our stay in Kauai. We felt it was centrally located on the island and was near a shopping center with a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!

Very clean property, the cleaning team left the space immaculate and smelling great. Chocolates and coffee as a very nice welcome. We enjoyed the pool area and beach every day. Kids loved the water slides/ pool and jacuzzi. The oasis restaurant is amazing, we will definitely book this vacation in the years to come.

Great location when staying in Kauai

The Waipouli Beach Resort in Kapaa is a great location to tour the island from. Shopping nearby, easy access to the main highway and restaurant on the property. The pool is amazing and the private beach is a perfect place to relax. The condo is clean and comfortable. The A/C works well on those warm evenings when the breeze didn’t cooperate. The owner is easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great week in Kauai.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort! It's in the perfect location to have easy access to most of the highlights on the beautiful island of Kauai. Even though there was a bit of an issue upon our arrival, everything was resolved and we were able to enjoy our stay. The communication from the cleaning crew and ownership was great and we were very grateful for the support from all involved. We would definitely stay here again - hopefully next time it can be for a longer period of time.

Convenient location

It was perfect for my husband and two boys, they each got their own bed which is a win for them! It was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tubs were much needed after hiking two days in a row. The full sized washer and dryer in the unit was also amazing! There were items left that we used like salt and pepper, brown sugar etc..we left a few things we hope others can use as well. Some of the dishes and utensils weren't super clean, but there was dish washing detergent so that was a simple problem to fix. We didn't have any other issues.
