Everyone loves the beach! Experience the lush "Garden Island" of Kauai, in this one-bedroom / two-bath condo at the Waipouli Beach Resort. It's located oceanfront on the beautiful Coconut Coast, just 8 miles from Lihue Airport.

Come relax in peace and comfort in the refined elegance of a first-class resort with all the beauty and enchantment of Hawaii. This lovely condo is on the first floor and is an end unit (A-105) with a garden view next to the parking area. You are only steps away from the beach and pool area.

Comfortably furnished with a full, gourmet kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel, energy efficient, sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf cook-top, convection oven, built-in microwave, Peshter/Payhel double drawer dishwasher, stacked washer and dryer, 2 flat screen TVs (32" and 40"), 2 ceiling fans and central air-conditioning. Also, there is complimentary wired internet access, DVD player with library of movies filmed in Kauai and assorted beach equipment.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed. There are 2 bathrooms -- one with double sink and sunken tub only no shower and the second with a step-in shower.

Relax and have your morning coffee on the lanai off the bedroom, or you can go across the street to Starbucks at Kauai Village Shopping Center. It offers the nearby conveniences of a grocery store, eateries and boutiques. It's just one mile to Coconut Market Place with more shops and restaurants.

Waipouli Beach Resort is on the east side, making it easy to travel to magical and pristine beaches, scenic views and numerous activities. You can lounge around the 2-acre meandering pool, with 2 water slides, 3 sand-bottom whirlpool spas, all set in lushly landscaped gardens.

On site, you can pamper yourself at the Spa By The Sea, a full-service spa, and/or use the new and improved fitness center with modern gym equipment.

Be sure to save a night to dine at Oasis On The Beach, an island-inspired restaurant with a menu that features local ingredients. The fusion of Kauai's fresh produce and its other local ingredients creates mouth-watering entrees for a dining experience unique to Waipouli Beach Resort.

Room and property was as-advertised. We took advantage of the kitchen - there was plenty of utensils and cookware, with the exception of a sheet pan for the oven. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of room for the two of us. We appreciated and utilized some of the accessories in the unit - umbrella, beach chairs. We didn't use the cooler/beach umbrella/snorkelling equipment but it was available. Pool and spas were amazing. Location was convenient - close to grocery/shopping/Lydgate beach.

Fabulous condo excellent location

All that is necessary for a wonderful Kauai vacation in the kitchen and for the beach are included (and air conditioning) - which in this waterfront property is just steps away. BBQ available and lots is of parking makes this ground floor unit so great. Wonderful pool and hot tubs for socializing really nice in this resort.

Waipouli Beach Resort

We loved Waipouli Beach Resort. Location was perfect to get to either north or south shore. Condo was very well appointed with everything we could have needed and much more. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. We didn’t spend much time inside but the two bathrooms were the best for getting ready and the bed was extremely comfortable. Condo was so nice and quiet.

Fantastic Condo in Kapaa.

Beautiful appointed condo. Even with no view, is was just a few steps to the marvelous pool with slides, lazy river, and waterfall. The ocean and beach was maybe a 1 minute walk. The grounds were impeccably kept. We stayed at this resort many times, and it always impressed us.

Great resort!

We have rented here before and love the property! The grounds, pool, hot tubs and restaurant are amazing! The only negative was that our unit had a strong musty smell and a little more time could be spent on cleaning. They need a dehumidifier if they want to turn off air conditioning to save on electricity.

The property is beautiful. The unit was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My only complaint was that only one of the hot tubs seemed to be hot. The other two were luke warm at best. Also there were kids in the adult hot tubs. Other than that it was perfect.

We like the privacy of the site, convenience of the location and amenities. We give it 4 stars this time because the BBQ’s didn’t work and the WiFi lagged just as much as not being on WiFi. The gym is a great addition and has a majority of what most people need for their stay, but it was out of water half way through our trip. Other than those minor issues, we had a good time.

Excellent location!

We stayed in unit A-105. This unit was perfect for the 2 of us with every amenity possible. It was well equipped with basic essentials and the not so basic including- snorkeling gear, beach towels, and beach umbrella/chairs. The grounds, pool & hot tub are well kept. If you're looking for a homebase, this one is ideal. Great central location to the entire island with a Safeway directly across the street. Excellent food trucks just to the north in Kapa'a, direct access to bike path, along with bike rental one block south. We'll be back!

Reviewer Comments: The condo is nicely maintained with cooking amenities, comfortable bed, a sofa bed (we did not try but it's there), hot water in the shower, a large jacuzzi tub, and lots of room for our toddler to do his thing. We did not pack many indoor activities but there is a Ross right across the street where I was able to get some coloring items and a replacement purse. The location of the condo in the resort is great because it's right next to the parking and tucked in enough to not get the noise from the central pool/lazy river area. But it is close walking distance to the pool area and the beach which was amazing! Driving proximity is great also. Close enough to the airport, Kapa'a Market, about an hour drive to Princeville (such a beautiful drive). One lane streets mostly so being close enough to the airport was good (12 min drive) and prevented the stress of getting stuck in traffic. We loved the lazy river and our son loved the kids jacuzzi. Overall we loved our stay here and would consider staying here again.

Every day started with coffee on the patio, enjoying the peaceful views, and ended with relaxing soaks in the hot tub. We loved going down the water slide and being able to walk straight out to the ocean — it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and stress-free. You can tell the owners really care about their guests’ experience.We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

The door handle going to the 1/2 bath feel off. When I tried changing the speed of the fan in the bedroom it tripped the breaker. I called the emergency number and I had great help in finding the circuit breaker panel and resetting the breaker. The fan has a short and should be inspected at minimum or replaced!
