My favorite Italian couple offers this perfect place to enjoy your desert or golf get away! Fully furnished pool-facing condo with all the comforts of home, including cable, Wifi, outdoor grill and right on Stonecreek Golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. This condo is well stocked and comfortable and feels more like a home than a condo. One dog of 25 lbs or less allowed with permission. There will be a pet fee of $300 plus an additional refundable deposit of $300.
Fabulous location with a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping, and restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Close to Paradise Valley, The Barrett Jackson Auction, and The Phoenix Open.

The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and a Samsung Smart TV.
Single level unit with no interior steps. Assigned covered parking just steps away from the unit, and heated community pool and hot tub just outside your door. Enjoy a family cookout in the community barbecue area with gas grills. You can even keep up with your workout routine by using the fitness center.

Couldn’t have been better!!!

Very comfortable and convenient getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed this Unit. Kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and we especially appreciated the proximity to the pool area which we used often. Property management very responsive. Plan to return.
