I am in the processing of putting all new furnishings in the condo.
Warm and inviting this open floor plan, one bedroom first floor condo is set in a quiet resort like community with abundance of trees and flowers all around. Close to pool, hot tub and workout room. The community is surrounded by shopping dinning and golfing.
Upscale malls, boutiques, and galleries are a short drive away, as are trendy night clubs and a wide range of restaurants. Every day errands are effortless as a variety of grocery stores and retail outlets surround you.
Enjoy outdoor living with biking trails and a collection of championship gold courses through out the neighborhood, or hike Camelback Mountain.
Just a short drive to Old Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall and Desert Ridge Mall. Minutes from highway 51 on the west and the 101 on the east.
