The residence has a heated swimming pool from May to September, as well as an underground car park. Wifi access possible.

The residence is located next to the Ponant lake and the golf course. The neighborhood is quiet, wooded, with local shops. Water sports next door at the Ponant water sports center.

Studio-cabine idéalement situé au sein d'une belle propriété bien entretenue, tranquille et agréable à la vue, avec belle piscine et parkings privés extérieur ou intérieur. Le studio doit faire l'objet d'une rénovation qui complétera un séjour idéal. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
