This apartment is located in the Thalassotherapy sector, within a residence situated approximately 400m from the sailing club and the main beach and 600m from shops and entertainment.
Studio (20m² approx.) fully equipped for 2 people – 2nd floor
Nice living area with a 130cm 2-seater sofa bed, television and French doors opening onto the balcony. Semi-blackout curtains.
Open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, 3 induction hobs, combined oven and microwave, fridge/freezer).
Bathroom with bathtub and sink.
Separate toilet.
Maximum 2 people.
Electric heating.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €300 (To be paid on site)
Charges: electricity included from mid-May to mid-October / additional charge (according to consumption) outside this period.
