Would rent again!

Very nice place. Perfect for 2 couples. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean with the exception of the baseboard. Cutely decorated.

I would book again

Great location! Easy access to the beach. Close to the grocery store. I have been coming to cherry grove beach since I was a kid. I Always love this area because it’s great for family’s. This weekend getaway was a moms trip! My girlfriends and I enjoyed the sea pond. It was clean when we arrived & plenty of room for the 3 of us! We spent more time hanging on the deck. It’s small but the chairs were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Great place

Overall the property was good. Very clean except for the chair in the living room which really needs to go. Kitchen looked like it had recently been updated. Nice appliances and kitchen very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pier. The down side is that in the initial listing it says there is wifi, but there is not. We found that very inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Overpaid for cleaning fee

You charge a significant cleaning fee, meanwhile your cleaners are being overpaid for the cleaning job I saw! The off-season rate is a great deal, but the place was not really clean, needed a lot of repairs, carpet cleaning & a paint job. I think the owners might like to know what is going on...

Hey! First off, thanks so much for the feedback. I do want to apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Respectfully, the listing was cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Freshly laundered bedding, towels, and linens were installed, and our cleaners uploaded photos of their work to our reservation system. Secondly, the listing was inspected by a completely different individual. We are human and we do overlook things, so again, I do apologize for any issues during your stay. We would have been happy to send a cleaner back to the property to address your concerns. Our office is staffed from 8am – 10pm, and we can be reached anytime. Even after hours, we have a 24-hour emergency line where we can be contacted for any issues. If we are not made aware of the issues, we cannot address them. I really wish you would have given us a chance to resolve your problems, but you made it clear that no matter what we did, you were not going to be happy (without a refund, without relocating, etc).

Nice, clean and peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove. The home was very clean. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance and cooking items you could need. The rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with toiletries and plenty of towel and wash rags. We will be coming to stay again in the future!
