Beautiful T2 40m2 (+ 14m2 terrace) 50m from the beach, sea view, quiet embankment, comfortable, large terrace, fully renovated in 2017, with free wifi. Easy parking in the street.
Accommodates 2 to 4 people in excellent conditions of comfort and privacy.
We offer 2 sleeping spaces, for 4 people:
One bedroom with 1 large double bed 160x200 cm.
Living room with a sofa convertible into 2 single beds 80x190 or 160x190.
The apartment has 4 beds: A INDEPENDENT ROOM with a bed of 160x200 cm and a lounge, which can serve as a second room with 2 beds 80x190 or 1 bed 160x190.
Quiet residence in the pines, located 50m from the beach, located between Avenue de Gaulle and Avenue Lajarrige.
3rd floor with elevators, large terrace of 14m2 sunny along the entire length of the apartment (10 m). Sea view in transversal.
Living room: Sofa bed in real bed (2x80x190), large storage cabinet, flat screen TV 60 cm.
Fitted kitchen open to the living room: Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave / grill, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle ...
Bedroom: Double bed (box spring and new mattresses) 160x200, large wardrobe.
Shower room: Italian shower, washbasin, wc, storage, towel radiator, hairdryer.
Cupboard in the entrance
Equipment: Box internet wifi, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, Vmc, gas central heating, electricity redone and in accordance with the latest standards.
