The living room has a large flat screen TV with streaming and comfortable sofas for gathering.  The dining area and kitchen are just steps away and overlook the great room.  The dining table has room for 6 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.  The kitchen is stocked and complete with stainless steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven.  If grilling is more your style then head out to the back deck with seating and a propane barbecue.  Kids will love exploring the back yard that has plenty of flat space for a game of corn hole or building a snowman.

The main level has two bedrooms, the laundry room and full bathroom down a short hallway.  The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV.  The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk and twin bed.

Head upstairs for a few hours of fun at the Foosball table while you hang out in the loft that has a sofa and TV with Roku.  The third bedroom is also upstairs and has a king bed, SmartTV streaming and full bathroom with large tub just outside the door.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
