As you step inside, you’ll notice the reverse floor plan with the main living space and kitchen being on the second floor. Relax on one of the sofa couches as you enjoy your favorite show or movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. Sit back and enjoy stunning views of the slopes from the comfort of the living room. A brick fireplace provides a cozy and warm ambience, the perfect spot to warm up on chilly mountain evenings.

The large, modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Wide countertops and a large breakfast bar gives you plenty of meal prep space. A keurig is provided for you to use during your stay so you don't have to miss out on your morning cup of coffee. When it’s time to settle down from your adventures, three bedrooms wait to provide you with a restful night's sleep. On the main level you'll find the first bedroom which provides a king size bed, fatscreen TV and private access to the hot tub and backyard. Upstairs a bonus room can be found and provides three queen size beds. Downstairs you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. Both bedrooms provide queen size beds and flatscreen TVs. A pack and play can also be found in the home for you to use during your stay. You'll also find a second living room downstairs, complete with a sleeper sofa, flatscreen tv and xbox.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
