Spacious 4 bdrm apt Nr beach and airport

Welcome to your "Home Away from Home". I am happy to host you in this lovely 4 bedroom house I have enjoyed living in since 2018. I live on the property in a downstairs unit. I am available when needed but normally interact with guests on arrival and departure only. I have been successfully communicating via what's app to help with any questions or arrangements needed. There are 2 friendly rescued dogs living on the property and and on occasion some of the neighbor cats drop by for a visit but shy away from contact with people. I am an ex-pate from The United States and I have lived is St Lucia for over 25 years. In the US I grew up in New York and lived as an adult in Atlanta, Seattle and San Francisco. I traveled around the Caribbean for 10 years looking for the perfect island and fell in Love with Beautiful St. Lucia I have lived on the northside of the island, on the East Coast of the island and now happily settled in to the most southern point of St Lucia in 2018. In addition to hosting guests for more than 20 years I have worked on the island and have extensive knowledge of the many unique and "off the beaten path" areas and experiences that I love to share with my guests.
I am happy to help arrange your transportation, tours, activities and dining experiences during your stay.

This property is ideal for anyone on a budget that would like a spacious, comfortable location with nice views and seasonally lovely breezes. Renting a car is recommended which will allow guests the convenience of getting to and from the many attractions that are within an hours drive from here. We also are just 5 minutes from shopping and several great places to eat, 7 minutes from the beautiful Sandy Beach where in addition to outside dining there is wind and kite surfing as well as paddle boarding. Also just 10 minutes from the Hewanorra International Airport.

The living room and kitchen are very spacious with 2 separate seating areas and dining in the kitchen or dining room is extra roomy. Also, there is a nice patio for outside dining with a barbeque grill, a balcony ideal for morning coffee or tea or an evening
drink to watch the sunsets. There is a TV with a Firestick and HDMI for an evening spent inside. NO CABLE.
The parking is on the property and there is a gate that can be closed and locked at night. An old but playable tennis court is just above the back of the property and is fun for anyone interesting in getting in a set or two early morning or late afternoon. The Lighthouse is at the top of Moule a Chique about a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on your fitness level. Mornings and afternoons many people can be seen going up and down the Lighthouse road enjoying the exercise and views. Awesome sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the area around toe Lighthouse.
