PET FRIENDLY. No carpet in the entire townhouse! Completely remodeled , furnished and equipped. Central location in the heart of Greenville, SC. Mauldin is ranked top 10 safest cities in SC. The townhouse is 7 minutes from Woodruff Rd, 13 minutes from Prisma Health Memorial Hospital, 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, close to hwy 85, hwy 385, 15 minutes from GSP Airport. Close to all the hospitals (Patewood, Greenville Memorial, Bon Secours). Remodeled in 2018, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood throughout, high ceilings. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with tons of restaurants and stores all within walking distance. 2 car parking. Outside storage for bikes. Close to bike trails (Swamp Rabbit Trail).

Great stay

My husband I stayed at this property for 3 months while I was on a travel nurse contract at Prisma. The house was fantastic- bright, clean, comfortable, and with all the furnishings for a convenient stay. Marcela was an absolutely perfect host. She was responsive and went above and beyond to make the stay great for us. The neighborhood is cute- perfect for if you have pets or kids. Lovely pool, great neighbors. Overall a really wonderful stay.

Lovely Townhouse

The townhouse is just perfect and impeccably clean. Marcela provides great communications and virtually everything a renter could want at the unit. Very nice touches abound and in the right places (laundry baskets, utensils, cleaning supplies). We certainly recommend this unit.

Great stay in Mauldin SC

We chose this townhome for our stay after Thanksgiving through the New Year while we became new Grandparents. Te location was perfect since it was a short distance from my daughters house in Greenville. The townhome was immaculate and furnished with everything you would need and the host was amazing. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.
