About this property

At the foot of the Luberon, beautiful Provencal house with pool and views of the Luberon

Facing south in the heart of the village of Maubec, in a quiet residential area, our house is bright, comfortable and very pleasant.

The large living space of the ground floor includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge, but also a lounge "leisure" with TV, DVD player, stereo, internet (wifi throughout the room). house) and a piano.
The master suite (bed 160) offers a view and direct access to the pool. It is completed by a dressing area and a beautiful shower room.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms with views of the Luberon: the pink room with 2 beds in bunk beds and the orange room with a loft bed and a bench bed BZ. But also a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy the terrace of the house with its pergola, ideal for breakfast. The private pool will allow you to bask in the sun and the pool cover will offer a very nice shelter for lunch or relax in the summer lounge. In the garden, a portico and a barbecue are at your disposal.

During your stay with us, you will be close to the village shops. Less than 5 minutes walk you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a scoop and a very good butcher. There is a supermarket within a 10-minute drive.

From maubec you will have easy access to the most beautiful villages of the Luberon: Gordes and the Senanque Abbey, Lacoste and its castle, Roussillon and its ocher, the Isle sur Sorgue and its junk shops, but also Bonnieux, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Ménerbes, Lourmarin, Apt ...

You will also be less than an hour away from Avignon and its festival, Aix en Provence, Baux de Provence and many more ....

Magnifique maison. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants en 2016. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est superbe et le pool house est appréciable pour les repas au bord de l'eau. Nous recommandons cette location située dans une région très agréable. De très nombreux centres d'intérêt à proximité
