Beautiful and spacious condo in the heart of north Scottsdale. This condo is located in the beautiful community of Grayhawk at the Village at Grayhawk. Condo is beautifully decorated and furnished for a relaxing stay. The unit includes, a fireplace, Granite countertops, Stainless steel appliance and beautiful tile throughout. This unit is large, and does not feel an apartment, its unique design feels like a mini house. Both bedrooms have spacious walk-in closets, a full laundry room with extra space to set up an ironing board or just sort cloths. The den has a nice desk to work, or you can relax in the oversized chair and read a book, or you may want to enjoy a nice book on the spacious balcony in the loveseat or oversize chairs. So many place to relax and enjoy. The unit is close to all to golfing, great restaurants and the great amenities that Scottsdale has to offer. It is just a short ride to the airport and great access to all the Phoenix area activities: Barrett Jackson car show, Spring Training, Phoenix Open, Super Bowl, Arabian Horse Show and Scottsdale Rodeo.

A very comfortable April

We have stayed at this property before and we feel right at home here. Kim is an ideal host for us. When we write her about something she responds. The condo is clean and comfortable. It is ideally located for us near family and grocery store and hiking trails. It is a great home away from home for us. We will return.

A month away

I rented this condo to be near my new grand daughter. The location was perfect. It is close to everything yet extremely quiet. The complex is large but with three pools, easy to find a spot to cool off. It was the hottest summer yet but the unit stayed cool. The garage was a blessing. The owner was very accommodating to our requests. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed. We found this very helpful since we were working remotely. Definitely a great place to stay!

Everything You Could Possibly Need

A quiet corner unit yet just a short walk to the pool, exercise room, and mailbox. Comfortable furniture, beds, and outdoor space. Overly stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The garage was a nice bonus, and I appreciated the owners understanding of our constantly changing closing date for out new home.

Perfect Getaway Place

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect with easy access to groceries, walking trails, great local restaurants & amenities! Lots of storage and everything you need is stocked. The deck is wonderful to relax and great bird watching spot too! We enjoyed walking in the nearby desert and along the paved pathway behind the condos. Kim was very helpful and we’d highly recommend a stay here. Thank you!

Great location - nicely appointed condo!

After my husband's cancer diagnosis we made the decision to move to Phoenix for the duration of his 7 week treatment. Finding this condo was everything! It is comfortable, nicely furnished and only a few miles from Mayo. There is a grocery store, drugstore, several restaurants, shopping and even a doggie day care close by. The owners were responsive and so very helpful. I wish we could have stayed there for a vacation instead of for medical reasons but it was a wonderful "home away from home" for us during a difficult time.

Beautiful and relaxing with great location!

My wife and I rented this wonderful condo as a place to recuperate after undergoing a kidney transplant at Mayo Clinic. My wife was my donor!! But that is another story. Kim and her husband were very gracious and accommodating. The condo is stylishly decorated and the balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Everything you need is there, from dishes to utensils; laundry room to ironing board/iron. Full and efficient kitchen. We spent almost 6 weeks there and it quickly became one of our favorite places to stay! Can't recommend it more highly...if you get a chance, stay here!
