Small house for seasonal rental in the outskirts of Porto.
(Kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms) .A small simple house, no frills, but just what you need for a quiet holiday for those who want to visit Porto and its surroundings at lower cost.
The kitchen is on the ground floor, equipped with the necessary for your breakfasts and to prepare your meals. (oven, coffee maker, mini oven, microwave) also with washing machine, iron. Fresh bread is delivered to you free of charge in the morning by the baker (for stays longer than 5 nights)
The TV is in this kitchen and has national channels.
No living room.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. the passage is done by the external staircase and can be restrictive in winter. Umbrellas are available (and yes it also happens to rain).

Terrace in front of the kitchen as well as under the vine (freshness very appreciated in summer under the vine)
The house is located in the outskirts of Porto, in a large, very quiet village, with no security problems, with all shops nearby, pleasant to live in without traffic jams, with a beautiful view of the hill.
It is attached to a large house that will remain empty all year round, so all the outdoor space will be for you.
A few minutes from PORTO, ideally located to avoid daily traffic jams and to take advantage of the visit to PORTO and its surroundings (south-north-east).
BUS (801 and 804) and all shops nearby including mini market.
Close parking space possible if available (20 € / week), but very few cars in the street so easy parking during the day and in the evening.
Please smoke outside.
Animals are not allowed, lean the terrace and the green spaces
Obligatory end of stay cleaning (20 €).
Laminated leaflets explain the essentials, as well as some personal advice on Porto, restaurants, etc.
The second bedroom will be closed if reservation for 2 only, consult us before.
We speak French, Portuguese, English, Italian.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille dans la région de Porto

Petite maison très agréable avec une terrasse ombragée. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille avec trois enfants. Isabelle nous ont très bien accueillis et ils ont été aux petits soins tout en restant discrets. Le logement est situé près de Porto (30 minutes en journée, 15 minutes la nuit), et à environ 50 minutes d'Aveiro.

Très bonne location que je recommande Remise des clefs par Isabelle Il faut lui remettre la caution de 100 euros qu elle vous rend le jour du départ Maison avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour une semaine de location , il y a même une machine à laver Seul petit hic, mais pas vraiment gênant La cuisine est indépendante de la chambre qui se trouve au dessus mais que l on rejoint par les marches extérieures Il y a une belle cours extérieures ombragée Le quartier est calme et sûr J ai adoré le contact avec le propriétaire, très réceptif et qui répond aussitôt Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Logement près de Porto, accessible en 30 mn en bus.

Petite maison agréable près de Porto, dans un gros village au calme. Isabelle qui nous a accueilli est une personne charmante avec des hôtes, avec des petites attentions. Nous revenons certainement.

La zona está algo alejada , pero nosotros era lo que queríamos, muy tranquilo , no cogimos el coche en toda la semana nos movimos en transporte público. La casa tal y como dice el anuncio , muy bien recibimiento y sin ningún problema en la estancia.

Ce sont les avis positifs qui nous ont décidé à louer cette maison.... Et nous n'avons, aucunement, été déçu. Maison propre et très calme avec une superbe vue quand on sort de la chambre. Située dans un petit village typique du Portugal et le chant du coq le matin 🤣🤣🤣. Nous conseillons la location d'un véhicule car nous étions à 25mn de Porto. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Lieu idéal pour découvrir la vie locale.

Nous avons choisi le petit village de Sao Pedro pour sa situation géographique : 15 km à l'Est de Porto pour un accès rapide et le réseau autoroutier à proximité immédiate permettant d'explorer la région (vallée du Douro, Guimaraès, Braga, etc. Ainsi, nous avons pu découvrir de véritables pépites patrimoniales (monastères, églises, sites archéologiques, etc..). Sur les conseils de Victor nous sommes allés au marché de Gondomar : dépaysement garanti et plongée dans l'ambiance des marchés à l'ancienne très typiques. Ce fut pour nous l'occasion de sortir des sentiers battus et de nous immerger dans la vie locale. Nous retiendrons en particulier l'accueil chaleureux de Victor, Antonella et de Miguel, ainsi que leur générosité. En effet, chaque jour, il nous ont offert raisins, citrons, oranges, fruits de la passion et vin nouveau de leur production personnelle. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir des discussions impromptues avec nos hôtes et des échanges que nous avons pu avoir avec les habitants locaux que nous avions pour voisins.

Petite maison très sympa et jardin très agréable. Miguel qui nous accueille est très gentil et à notre service si besoin. Petit bémol sur la situation car minimum 35 à 40 mn en bus pour aller à Porto et bus un peu surchargé en soirée.

Maison de village en dehors de Porto qui nous a pas déplu car on était pas dans les bouchons de porto . Accueilli par Mr Miguel très gentil et disponible pour toute demande . La maison le charme à l ancienne qui me rappelait la maison de mes grands parents avec tout ce que l on avait besoin serviette fer à repasser etc ... Tous les matins le boulanger nous déposait le pain que les propriétaires nous offraient très sympa de leurs part . Gondomar village sympa avec une super pastelaria. Je recommande cette charmante maison.

Rustig gelegen huis met tuin om te zitten, erg geschikt om gemakkelijk Porto te bezoeken

Het huis voldeed aan de omschrijving op de website, op een voor ons belangrijk punt na. Op de website staat: internetverbinding en gratis wifi. Dat was één van de redenen waarom we dit huis geboekt hadden. We willen graag kunnen skypen met onze vijf kinderen en acht kleinkinderen. Bij aankomst vertelde Miguel, die overigens erg aardig en behulpzaam was, dat er geen internet was. Toen we de eigenaars, Antoinella en Victor, hiervan op de hoogte stelden, kwamen ze niet met een echte oplossing. Ze zeiden dat wifi niet meer zo belangrijk was, doordat je in de Europese Unie in alle landen nu je mobiele data kunt gebruiken van je telefoonabonnement. Dat was voor ons echter niet toereikend en we hebben 40 euro aan data bij onze providers bij moeten kopen. Als je het missen van WiFi niet meerekent hebben we er best een mooie tijd gehad voor een zeer acceptabele prijs.

Très belle habitation et propriétaires très accueillants

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Antonella et Victor sont très accueillants, généreux, disponibles et très à l'écoute. Ils nous ont indiqué plein de bons plans (visites, restos et commerces). A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Miguel, une personne très amicale. Le logement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire et d'une propreté irréprochable.

Très belles prestations

Prévu pour être loger dans la petite maison, le propriétaire nous a "basculé" sur son loft car les occupants de la maison souhaitaient prolonger leur séjour. Excellentes prestations et cadre très agréable avec terrasse, petit jardin et vue sur la ville de Sao Pedro da Cova. Manuel, l'homme chargé de nous accueillir et de nous aider en cas de problème est d'une très grande gentillesse et disponible sur simple coup de fil. Le propriétaire était facilement joignable aussi. Il met à la disposition de ses occupants des fiches pratiques... très pratiques ! Le seul petit bémol ne concerne pas le logement, mais la météo, médiocre en ce début juin. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement situé dans une rue tranquille à deux pas d'un petit centre commercial.

O lugar era um pouco menor do que imaginávamos, o Sr Miguel nos atendeu bem, mas a internet funcionou apenas no último dia de nossa estadia, o que aumentou nossos custos com internet móvel. Vizinhos agradáveis e local relativamente silencioso.
