The perfect accommodations for your short visit or extended stay. We are fully equipped for families and friends groups on vacation; we are also perfectly equipped for business travelers, traveling nurses, or families in transition - anyone in need of an extended stay alternative to a hotel. This private, furnished two-bedroom has hotel-quality amenities such as flat screen TVs, fully-loaded kitchenette, and exceptional mattresses and high thread count linens. You will enjoy a quiet and safe neighborhood, off-street parking, and easy access to Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Choose us for your home away from home during your vacation or short-term assignment.

Your private garden-level suite offer two private entrances, two bedrooms, pull out queen-size sofa, a gas fireplace, and a fully-loaded kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a full-size refrigerator, hot plate burner, convectional/oven, toaster, wine fridge, and all kitchenware necessary for meal prep. The bathroom has a shower with upgraded finishes and great water pressure. The space offers a laptop desk with office amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, pens and paper. There are flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and living room with Hulu and Amazon Prime with HBO.

During your stay, you will have private access to the apartment, the patio area outside of the unit, and dedicated off-street parking. You also have shared access to the backyard of the home. For extended stays only, Landlord access will only be in the event of maintenance issues or periodic inspections during an extended stay - which will be scheduled with you.

The garden level apartment is located below the landlord’s primary residence. There are two small children living above. After hosting many positive guest stays, our family is able to mitigate most noise concerns. We do provide white-noise machines just in case.

The neighborhood is called Green Mountain Estates, at the foot of Green Mountain. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood on the West side of Denver. There is easy access to Green Mountain Park that offers walking/trail-running/hiking and mountain-biking trails.

The apartment is minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and healthcare services.

There is easy access to I-70 that takes you West to the mountains and East to Denver International Airport; US 6 to Downtown Denver, C-470 to I-25 that takes you to Colorado Springs.

Perfect for Red Rocks Visits
Our experience was awesome! The location is absolutely perfect for going to concerts at Red Rocks Ampitheater. About a ten minute drive. The property was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and had more than enough stay for my fiance and I. Would definitely visit again!

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at Andrew and Erin's place. The property is in a great neighborhood right at the base of Green Mountain, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit during our trip: Denver, Boulder, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park, etc. The apartment was essentially new, very clean, and had every amenity we might have wanted. It was less expensive and much nicer than staying in a hotel. We highly recommend it!

Works for me!
Clean and comfortable and live the bed mattress. So much better than staying a hotel and hearing people through walls and slamming doors and everything that goes with staying at hotels. I get to stock fridge with what I like to eat, not cardboard hotel food for twice this price.

Wonderful stay
They were very quick and attentive to any questions or concerns we may have. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It's fairly close to a lot of places depending on where you want to go. As for getting to the mountains it would take at an hour or so to get there. I would definitely recommend having a vehicle of your own because using Uber or Lyft would cost a lot getting there and back. They do have two small children who run around a lot in the morning, but they do tell you upfront about it along with providing things to help with canceling out the noise. No other noises were heard from them. Just quiet. I just hope we didn't get too loud at any time because we tried to not disturb them also. The only problem I really had was how loud the air conditioner was. I slept in the room where the washer, dryer, and a/c were (they were enclosed in a closet, not tacky looking at all). I'm a light sleeper so every time it came on it startled me while I was trying to sleep. That was a small problem. I tried using the ear plugs but they didn't stay in my ears all night. I never said anything. I was eventually able to stay asleep awhile. Other than that the place was great for us. The daily price was great. We loved our stay there and we were glad our request was accepted to be at that house and experience our first time in Colorado.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house with the intention to do short and medium-term rentals in our downstairs unit. It is the perfect location for our guests to access the mountains and everything Denver and surrounding area has to offer. The space is all yours, and you may come and go as you please! We host mainly families and friend groups. However, it is set up perfectly business travelers who are looking for a more comfortable environment than an extended stay hotel. It is also perfect for couples or families in transition. We hope the space perfect for whatever you (and your friends/family) need too!

What makes this property unique

Our space is located right at the foot of Green Mountain - small mountain park
in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. You can access the walking/running/biking/hiking trails from the rental! Also, we are so close to any amenity you might need during your stay - grocery store, bars, shopping, restaurants, and urgent care/hospitals. We are close to I-70 that takes you into the mountains and close to US-6 that takes you right into downtown Denver. This is truly a location with prime access to the best Denver and Colorado has to offer!
