3 month stay was fantastic. Great location right besides an Ingles and main streets. The unit is tight and cosy with a comfortable bed. Easy to do laundry, cooking and daily living. It suited my needs perfectly and I was very safe and comfortable the whole time. Lynette was excellent with communication and hiking suggestions. Overall, I could not have been happier.

A wonderful apartment in Arvada

We just finished an amazing month long stay at Lynette’s apartment. It was fantastic! She is a very nice person and great communicator. Check in/out instructions are very clear. The first thing we noticed was that the apartment was super clean. I mean so clean – everything was clean - the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom, and even the balcony looked like it had just been swept. The apartment was also very well stocked with everything we needed for our long stay. There were enough living supplies and all the kitchen tools you need to make meals. We also loved the full-size refrigerator and oven. There was a nice toaster oven that also served as an air fryer. The apartment and neighborhood are very quiet. It is on the top floor, so you have no noise from above. We enjoyed the natural light from the many windows and two sky lights. The big bed was very comfortable with extra linens and towels. Lynette has also tastefully decorated the apartment to make it feel like home. We also enjoyed the extra blankets and pillows. Take a look at the pictures because the place looks just as nice as it does in the pictures.The apartment is walking distance from a nice large grocery store and several restaurants. I loved walking around the nearby lake and on the sidewalk trails through the quiet neighborhood. Lynette’s apartment is a fabulous place to stay, and we will try to stay there again when we come back to town. Thank you so much Lynette!
