About this property

Ideal Location of Harvey Cedars, just steps from the Bay, 3-4 min walk to beach

We rent our Beach House as a single family unit, but actually it is more than suitable for extended or a multi-generational family.

The Master Suite including a private bathroom and private deck, fully equipped Kitchen, indoor & outdoor Dining Areas, and comfortable open spacious Living Room and guest bathroom are all Upstairs -and- 3 bedrooms a family TV room, 2 bathrooms, plus an extra room which sleeps 2 people (with 2 futons) and a laundry room are downstairs.

The House has a private back entrance leading to outside shower and also a scenic roof deck on the 3'rd level to relax and view the sunrise and sunset with some bay and ocean views in the distance.

The house is Centrally Air Conditioned for maximum comfort for those hot summer days, the new modern Kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless appliances and cookware.

We provide 6 beach badges available for the use of our guest, free WIFI for ultra high speed internet access, 4 flat screen TV's with your latest GoogleTV streaming services including NetFlix, Hulu, Roku, SlingTV, YouTubeTV and more. BBQ Natural Gas Grill and outside dining.

For our guests safety & security we have four cameras mounted outside the house facing the access to the property from multiple directions, in addition there is a doorbell camera mounted outside the front door.

The house is within a 3-4 min walk to the Beach - 350 yards - see gmap in photos, Bay view (see photos) and steps only from the Bay and from the Harvey Cedars Marina, the HC Bible Conference, the Harvest Cove and the Bay are all a just a short walk from our house.

There’s no car traffic or road noise at all while relaxing at our house. In fact, many people take advantage of our neighborhood with it’s wide and quiet streets for a nice morning walk or an afternoon family bike ride.

After enjoying another day on the beach, treat yourself to an outside shower and feel at home in this spectacular beach house at the shore.

Great House great Location

A wonderful vacation in Harvey Cedars!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. This is a large house with every amenity. The four decks including the rooftop deck are a great place to enjoy the evening breeze. The location is close to the bay and the beach. It is located a short distance from the downtown area of Harvey Cedars. It just doesn't get any better! The Turner's

Family vacation

My multi-generational family enjoyed a 2 week stay at this property. The house was clean and close to the beach. The 2nd floor living room/dining area /kitchen was very spacious for our family of 6 adults and one infant. Another wonderful vacation on LBI!

Great time

Our group of 6 adults and 3 little ones had a wonderful week at this property. Kitchen was great, AC and Wifi worked well with no issues and the house had plenty of space (2 1/2 baths indoors plus outdoor shower was very convenient). One thing worth noting is there is no beach buggy so if you have a bunch of beach stuff, I'd recommend renting one (we rented from Farias). Highly recommend this house and plan to stay again next year!

Fabulously week!

We had a wonderful week. The house was great although a lot of light furniture and carpets which we loved but hard if there were a lot of kids. We just had a 16 month old so easy to track. Convenient crossing at the light but we would have been better with a beach buggy for all of our stuff.

Great house for family vacation

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortably slept 10 adults. The big open space on the top floor with kitchen, living room, and dining areas was great for family dinners and gatherings. Wi-fi was good and house had all the required amenities. Location was suberb, on a quiet side street just a few minutes from the beach and the bay. Jon the owner was very responsive throughout the stay and answered any questions we had immediately. Highly recommended place to stay in LBI!

Great stay for Extended Family

We had a wonderful time at this Harvey Cedars property. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was inviting. My family of 8 adults and two kids enjoyed gathering together there for meals and games. There were also plenty of bathrooms and we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. You must cross the boulevard, but there is a stoplight so safety is not a concern. Jon, the host was very responsive and accommodating. One tip, if you are very interested in cooking at home, like our family is, you might want to bring a few of your favorite knives along with you. Other than that, we found the kitchen to be very suitably stocked. Would absolutely return next summer!

Lovely Home, and a great week, hope to come again

We had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home. Very spacious and comfortable. Extra large living room and new kitchen area with a large center island where we congregated in the evenings. The house was very clean - not just wiped down - and it had everything we needed. Quiet street within walking distance to the beach & bay. Owner is very accommodating. Looking forward to rent again. This property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Harvey Cedars on the northern side of LBI, the House is very spacious, modern and comfortable, just a short walk to beach and to the bay and the Harvest Cove where the Harvey Cedars Marina is located where they have sailing lessons, rental of kayaks, paddle boards, enjoy boating, fishing, crabing and much more. The Harvey Cedars Bible Conference is just a short walk from the house. This Beach house and it's location are ideal for your multi-generational or multi-family LBI vacation..
