Harbour Grace-Your happy place

With a great 'open living' layout of the house, you'll enjoy plenty of quality time with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking, with everything from cookie cutters, to a coffee maker. Your home-cooked meals can be served at the large dining table overlooking the spacious back yard. Don't want to cook? No problem! The house is a block away from local restaurants, breakfast nook and ice cream parlors.
The house has a wooded area on one side, to offer that extra bit of privacy and nature watching. Owls, squirrels and woodpeckers are frequently seen there! Enjoy a morning coffee in a rocking chair on our shaded porch or spend your evening having s'more fun by the firepit.
Wifi, cable, google chrome cast and the basic amenities are provided to you!
Our house is centrally located to all of the attractions Oak Island has to offer. Take a short walk to Malcolm Register Park on the Intercoastal waterway to enjoy the sunset. Bring your boat or jet skis, the public boat ramp is just 2 blocks away. With less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to mini-golf, state park, local farmers market, skate park, and playground, it really is the perfect location! When Checking Out

1) Place all used towels and bed linens by the washing machine.

2) If there is open, used food in the refrigerator please throw it out with the trash.

3) Put all the trash from the house into the garbage cans at the side of the house. Recyclables go in the blue trash can.

4)Clean out the outdoor grill is it was used.

5) Wash out coffee filters and ensure all the dishes are clean and the dishwasher has been run.

6) Empty and turn on the dehumidifier by the back door. Ensure that all the lights and fans are turned off.

7) Remember to put the bar down to lock the back door, shut all the windows, and close all the blinds. Lock the front door when leaving.

8)Bring in the rocking chairs and the American flag.

Very Satisfied with this property.

My sister and my cousin took our moms to Oak Island. This place was perfect for us. The location is great and just a short distance to the beach. Very clean and accommodating.

Homey, comfortable, relaxing & well maintained. If looking for an upscale stay this isn't for you but if want to relax & feel at home & have all your needs met, this is the perfect place. Would stay here again when we comeback.

Annual family trip

The overall process was very good. The home was lovely with all the amenities from home. We enjoyed the public parking and the ability to drive to the beach. Our dogs also enjoyed the yard and the walks in the neighborhood.

Comfortable, charming, and clean

This is a clean, comfortable, fun home to stay at during our Oak Island vacation. The home has everything we needed for our get away including a nice porch and great backyard. The host is great with communication and we had a great stay. 2 minute drive from the beach and close to great restaurants and stores. Located in a nice neighborhood. The home decor is charming. Perfect, spacious house right in the middle of Oak Island

This 3 bedroom house was exactly what we needed for our trip to Oak Island. Me and my family were there to watch our daughter's golf tournament at St. James Plantation, and it was 15 minutes away from the golf course. The house is 5 minutes away from many great restaurants on Oak Island and only 25 minutes from Southport. Publix is right down the road. I enjoyed having 3 bedrooms so we could spread out. Juli was a great host! Very gracious and responsive with communication. We hope to come back.

Beautiful, cozy home that is DOG FRIENDLY

We rented this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home for the week. When we checked in the home was spotless. Washer and dryer in the home, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and plenty of seating on the outside deck. There was a fire pit and horse shoe pit as well. We did not have to bring one thing from home. Linen and towels were provided. Our dogs loved the big back yard and we loved how close we were to the beach ( about 1/2 mile walking distance or less ) and all the shops and restaurants as well Juli is excellent at communicating with you also. We were delayed about 1/2 hour getting checked in because the cleaning service was running behind. Juli immediately compensated us with a discount. We will be staying here again and have recommended this host to family and friends

Excellent Home Away from Home!

Wanted to get away for a few days, and this was a perfect place to stay. Everything one could need was available and it is very close to anything you could need. We walked quite a bit due it being so close things; yet far off the main street enough, you don't feel like you are in the middle of everything. Although the weather was not conducive for this trip; there is a really nice fire pit setup in the back that would be great to sit around and enjoy. Great Place!

Perfect beach getaway with pets

This was a great place to stay... and pet friendly. There is not a fence, but that is not a big deal. We just kept our 2 dogs on leashes. We were able to use a baby gate on the back deck so they could be leash free for a bit and still get fresh air. There is plenty of space in the house and the yard. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. Zero issues. The coded door worked great for us. I certainly plan to return and hope to book this house again.
