Welcome to the beautiful, quaint southern town of Southport, NC. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the waterfront area to take in the beautiful view, or into town where you will find many small, unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. This one floor house is spacious with new furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. Your stay at this house will include 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room, remodeled kitchen with a nice dining area, large, screened porch, laundry room and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has been recently remodeled with double sinks, an oversize shower and a jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with comfortable seating. Enjoy eating outside on the screened porch that includes a dining table for 6 plus additional seating, and a gas grill just off the outside door. Books, games, & cards are available for both children & adults. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, filtered water, electric teapot, and coffee maker (single serve & 12 cup pot). Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while seated in the rockers on the front porch. There is also a large laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are available for guests for your days at the beach. Tennis courts and a playground for children is just 1/2 mile at the end of the street. Parking is available in the paved driveway with a carport.

This property is impeccably neat and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, living room cozy, and kitchen lovely to cook in. The location is great – close to the ferry to bald head Island and also close to downtown Southport and the water. We recommend this place highly!

Wonderful getaway

Don was a great host, with a clean and comfortable property. Linens and beds were super comfy! Great location within walking distance to downtown Southport. If you go and visit this area, definitely stay at Don's and check out Bald Head Island, which was a wonderful surprise for a place to spend a day! Thanks Don!

Great 3 bedroom in NC with excellent amenities. We were there a week and it was perfect. The home is VERY nice wroth maybe the best mattress I've ever slept on. We used it as a base to explore both NC and SC. Highly recommend.
