Presque parfait

La maison et la situation sont vraiment conformes au descriptif : maison très agréable, jardin plus que sympathique et que dire de la vue. Petit bémol quant à la propreté de la location a notre arrivée. Loin d'être à la hauteur du montant demandé pour le ménage. Un point négatif toutefois mais aucunement en lien avec la location : l'aérodrome de Fayence !!! Les week-ends et jours fériés, prévoyez de partir balader et non de compter sur une sieste à l'ombre d'un des magnifiques oliviers du jardin : balai très soutenu des avions tractant les planeurs et survolant la propriété. Globalement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Schönes Grundstück, Haus mit Mängeln

Wunderschönes Gelände, gute Lage, Haus gerade so in Ordnung, Vermieter unehrlich und sehr auf seinen Vorteil bedacht. Zunächst einmal- das Grundstück ist wunderschön. Es ist mit einer Elektro-Litze umzäunt und durch die verschiedenen Ebenen bietet es viel Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist schön, nur der "Poolboy" extrem unhöflich. Er erschien unangekündigt und grüßte nicht, beschwerte sich aber über unsere Hunde, die ihn meldeten. Zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, alle weiteren Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus an sich hat viel Potential, welches ungenutzt bleibt. Es verfügt über ein klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer und zwei nicht klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Diese sind ziemlich eng und das Mobiliar recht abgewohnt. Es gibt zwei Duschen, jedoch nur eine Toilette. Das allein war für insgesamt 6 Erwachsene schon sportlich. Bei Ankunft war das Haus leider in einem absolut verdreckten Zustand. Es musste mehrere Stunden geputzt werden bevor es bewohnbar war. Auch besagte Toilette war unfassbar dreckig. Sämtliches Geschirr (wovon nichts zusammenpasste oder nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden war) war schmierig und/oder staubig und musste vor Benutzung gespült werden. Im Kühlschrank sowie Tiefkühlfach und Vorratsschrank befanden sich Lebensmittel, zu denen uns lapidar mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir uns daran bedienen sollten. Ein leerer, dafür sauberer Kühlschrank wäre allen lieber gewesen. Im Vorratsschrank leben leider Lebensmittelmotten, worauf ein Zettel des Vermieters hinwies. Das Bettzeug war zum Teil leider ebenfalls schmutzig und konnte erst genutzt werden, nachdem wir es gewaschen hatten. Die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern waren nur eingeschränkt, sie waren voll mit privaten Kleidungsstücken des Vermieters, die erst zur Seite geräumt werden mussten. Auch hingen in einem der Badezimmer noch offensichtlich gebrauchte Handtücher. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass der Herr Vermieter nur kurz vor Ankunft der Gäste selber ausgezogen wäre. Auf den Hinweis, dass die Sauberkeit des Hauses zu wünschen übrig ließe, bekamen wir nach mehren Tagen und Nachfragen eine saloppe Antwort, man könne sicher trotzdem den Urlaub genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war insgesamt davon geprägt, dass er schnell reagierte, wenn er etwas wollte, sich aber Zeit ließ, wenn wir Fragen/ Kritik hatten. Er versuchte unsere Kaution einzubehalten, diese Situation wurde von FeWo jedoch gut aufgelöst.

Village de Fayence splendide. Maison tres confortable. Jardin et environnement interessant mais quelques manquements faisant descendre la moyenne. Piscine sale. Un seul air co pour toute la maison alors que plusieurs indiques dans l'annonce. Avec 35 à 38°, cette différence s'avere d'importance. Matériel de cuisine et vaisselles très limites pour 6personnes. Bilan mitigé

Les étés étant de plus en plus chaud, je commande une climatisation pour le coté séjour. La piscine était sous la surveillance d'un spécialiste. vous auriez dû me prévenir plus tôt de son manquement. Cordialement

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit riesigem Garten und alles in traumhafter Lage.

Haben hier eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche verlebt. Das Haus ist gross und geräumig. Der Garten riesig. Man ist schnell im Ortszentrum und hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
