A house on a large property for all of you.
Located on the heights of Tourrettes de Fayence, you will enjoy a peaceful stay for you and your family. With a private swimming pool of 12m x 6m (deep pool and small bath), all amenities, shops, restaurants and villages (Tourrettes and Fayence) are nearby (5 minutes on foot). The Villa with an area of more than 130 m2 includes 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, laundry room and separate WC. There is no opposite (land of 10,000 M2). You will have a large terrace with breathtaking views of the village and the Estérel. A second terrace with barbecue offers you to spend pleasant moments for meals and breakfasts. In the evening, you will enjoy the magnificent view of the church and the villages which are carefully lit. In the valley you will find a 10-minute drive from all the major retail chains. But also an equestrian center, a golf course, a dance hall, and all personal services.
Located 15 minutes from Lake Saint Cassien, 30 minutes to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël to access the beaches.

Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings

The host was very welcoming and helpful in all matters. Enjoyed staying in this lovely traditional French home, that provided wonderful views with all necessary amenities, many pleasurable hours spent in the private pool. Walking distance to 2 delightful towns, that have a variety of restaurants and entertainment, along with a traditional market held frequently.

Lovely property, but be aware of steep drive. Overall a very pleasant stay with fantastic views walking distance to twin villages of Tourettes and Fayence.

Perfect location for relaxed family summer vacations

The villa is exactly what we expected seen from the pictures in the annoucement. Nice villa, awesome view over the region, very chilled pool area. Big praise to Gerard the landlord who is very friendly and super helpful!

Amazing views

We loved our two week stay. Michele was a fabulous and friendly host. Nothing too much trouble. We stayed with two teenagers and grandma. We did need a car as the walk to the local restaurants in Tourettes and Fayence was too steep for grandma. We had lovely evenings on the terrace and the kids loved the pool.

Great family holiday

We had a great 2 weeks at the property with our 3 boys (12, 10 & 8). The setting and pool were fantastic and the two villages within an easy walk from the villa. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was hot at night, especially in the top loft room but the electric fans did help. The nearby lake was great with paddle boards, canoes and pedalos. Lots of big supermarkets near to the property too. Communication with the owner was great and very straightforward.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Bei dieser Unterkunft möchte man gar nicht mehr viel machen. Nur noch die Aussicht genießen und das tolle Ambiente. Die alte Einrichtung passt zum Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Charming Provençal Mas

The villa is beautifully located in amongst the olive trees, with stunning views over the village and surrounding hills It is. a short walk in to the charming village of Tourettes and Approximately 10 mins walk int Fayence and the market. Supermarket supplies are no more than a 10min drive away along with easy access to the surrounding areas.The villa is well equipped and Gerard is immediately on hand and invisible at the same time . We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet village location.

Wonderful position

This property is blessed in having the rare combination of complete privacy, combined with the benefit of a short 5-minute walk into the village of Tourrettes, with a slightly longer, though flatter, walk into Fayence where there are more facilities. It is furnished and equipped traditionally in a variety of styles and ages, there is plenty of kitchen equipment and furniture, and it all functions well. The view from the balcony of the village and valley is fantastic and the pool is larger than usual, accessed down some steep steps. The friendly owner lives nearby, happily chats in English, and is attentive and helpful. The only other point to note is that due to the steps to the pool and steepness of the immediate surroundings people with significant mobility problems might find some difficulties. We had a very happy stay in the late summer, thank you.

Fabulous relaxing location and amazing pool

The property surpassed all our expectations . Well equipped , conveniently located for walking to both Tourettes and Fayence and driving to local supermarkets . The views were stunning , the pictures did not do it justice. The pool was a great size and depth for our family enjoyment . Overall a fantastic place to stay and would love to return .

Magnifique séjour à Tourrettes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à la fois très belle et très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets et réactifs, de très bon conseil pour les activités et les bons restaurants aux alentours. Le calme, l’absence de vis à vis et la jolie piscine bien agencée sur ce grand terrain en font un havre de paix pour se ressourcer. La plancha a permis de remplacer avantageusement le barbecue (usage interdit par la préfecture pendant notre séjour en raison des risques d’incendie) et les jolies terrasses ombragées et bien aérées ont accueilli nos déjeuners et soirées avec grand plaisir compte tenu de la chaleur écrasante lors de cette période. En résumé, le calme, le charme d’un logement fonctionnel meublé avec goût de façon traditionnelle, une piscine fantastique et de nombreuses activités à proximité (balades, lacs…et bons restaurants) font de ce lieu un petit coin de paradis !!

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek

Heel mooi gelegen op een heuvel, vlakbij Tourettes waar veel leuke restaurantjes zijn. Net iets verder ligt t mooie Fayence waar je bakker en supermarkt vindt. Het huis is een fijne plek met een groot zwembad en leuke plekken om te eten en te bbq’en. Toen wij er waren was het erg warm en werd het ook in huis ‘s nachts warm, vooral in de slaapkamer boven. Het huis is ietwat ouderwets maar dat heeft ook z’n charme. Zeker aan te raden.

Mooie villa met prachtig uitzicht

We verbleven hier twee weken. We hebben ons geen moment verveeld. Het dorpje is op loopafstand met leuke restaurantjes en een kleine supermarkt. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes naar Grasses, Cannes en het strand. Het interieur van het huis was wel wat gedateerd en de meubels waren niet erg comfortabel.

Totally relaxing

Tourrettes surpassed our expectations , a really lovely small village. Michel was a great host. The views from the villa are spectacular, and eating outside in the evenings was a joy. We loved the pool it was very private, again with beautiful views. The internals of the house are a typical farmhouse and has that rustic feel to it.

Un séjour au top tout était parfait, une maison très bien agencée et équipée typique provençale, environnement calme et reposant, le coin piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et avenants.

Herrliches Mas de Provence in zauberhafter Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Blicklage am Hang. Steile Zufahrt (Sackgasse - also kein Verkehr). Man kann die Ruhe im Garten genießen oder zu Fuß in das nahegelegene Dorf gehen. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort (Sprache: französisch). Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, Standard entsprechend (nicht klimatisiert). Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Bidet sowie ein separates WC und eine separate Dusche. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist unter dem Dach und daher im Sommer aufgrund der Aufwärmung nur eingeschränkt benutzbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (PKW oder e-Bike). Tourrettes und Fayence sind zu Fuß erreichbar; dort gibt es mehrmals in der Woche einen Markt und gute Restaurants. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Möglichkeit für einen Urlaub in der Provence abseits der Hektik des Alltags.
