Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This was a great spot for our extended family of grandparents, kids, spouses and 3 grandchildren. Each family unit had their own bedroom/bathroom space and the common areas were great for gathering.The pool was beautiful and perfect for the kids and the easy beach access through the Grand Wailea was great. Lots of happy memories were made!

The condo is beautiful and very well furnished. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, water toys and wagon. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals and we loved eating out on the patio. It’s in a great location to utilize the pool and fitness room. We had a wonderful time.

Overall we had a great stay in Maui (Ho’olei). The property is always so pristine. Matt was an outstanding host, very responsive, and always displayed professionalism when we communicated. However, we’ve stayed at other units within the Ho’olei property previously and found this recent one to be not as clean as others. We found too many insects and there was a slight hint of a musty odour that required an air freshener, otherwise we had a great stay.

35th Anniversary Vacation - Excellent

This property was as advertised, and we appreciated the space and location. We brought our 2 children along with their spouses and the 6 of us all had enough room. The pictures we accurate making me feel at home when we arrived. We would definitely consider this property again for a group stay.

Perfect spot for a family trip!

We stayed with our extended family and had a great time! The walk to the beach is easy and fun. The pool is beautiful and all of the amenities of the condo were lovely. Management was attentive and helpful.

Ample space and close to the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our week. With 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, it accommodated our children and their spouses. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our meals and time when at the condo. It was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts were very thoughtful and had all the supplies you needed for a day at the beach! For our first time in Maui, it was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful home for family

We really enjoyed our stay. The arrangement of the kitchen to outside space was our favorite! We did have issues with the dryer, had to restart several times to complete the drying process but in the end it worked. We would have liked having an iron too. We found one but it was broken.It was a very intense walk to the pool and beach but the house had a wagon we used for the kids and our gear and that made it easier.We would probably choose a different house next time just because of the proximity to the busy road. The traffic noise did take away from the relaxation while outside on the patio.But the house was great for us. Our kiddos are old enough that they were able to safely maneuver the stairs with us watching them.

Thank you for being our guests. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the arrangement of the kitchen to the outside space. Sorry to hear that you had an issue with the dryer. You likely had it on the "economy setting" and not the timed dry...we make ourselves available 24/7 and would have been happy to assist with the dryer and to drop off a new iron had you reached out to us. This is a 2 story home as shown in the photos and does have stairs. There is also parking by the pool for guests. We have had many families but have not heard that the walk is intense to the pool but yes, there is a hill in the resort complex (Maui is an island protruding out of the ocean and not flat). Happy to hear your kids enjoyed the wagon. All the best.

We had a wonderful stay for our annual family vacations. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was nice to have the beach necessity available onsite whenever we feel like hanging out at the beach for awhile. The condo was spacious and bathroom in each room was a plus. Overall. Wonderful stay and prefect location for any large group and family.

Tranquil stay

We stayed with grandparents and kids and this was a great choice with 3 bedrooms. The unit is spacious and so convenient for everyone to have their own on-suite bathroom. Everything we needed was there, towels, beach toys, chairs. The pool is lovely. Watching the sunset from Wailea beach across the street is phenomenal. We were able to leave our kids with grandparents and walk over to the Grand Wailea for a cocktail after bedtime. We love Maui and this was a first time staying in Wailea. We will be back!

Very nice accomendation! The condo was very well equipped. Some minor issues with appliances… the Barbq did not work well, dish washer leaked a bit. Other than that the condo was perfect!!
