We are fellow hosts and this was our favorite property we have stayed at in our multiple trips to hawaii. This neighborhood is highly sought after and the pool behind Ulua beach is stunning. You are sandwiched between 1000/night hotels yet get a local community experience. World class golf is 3 min down the road and you can walk to a plethora of bars and restaurants next door with the shops of wailea. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, beach supplies and cold A/C to boot. Al was an incredible host and went out of our way to help us out being flexible on check in and check out. As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels on the island; skip them and stay here if you want a quiet, comfortable, elevated stay.

We loved this condo! The view is spectacular and we spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We loved having easy walking access to Ulua Beach, the Shops at Wailea, and the beach pathway which was nice when we wanted to check out the nearby resorts and their restaurants. Al was super responsive whenever I had questions. We enjoyed our stay so much, thanks again Al!

He checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that our expectations were met. He even kindly offered early and late check-in options, which made our travel days so much easier.The condo itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
