Enchanting terraced house with garden - completely renovated, located within the peaceful Residence Tamerici with large green areas and children's games. A few steps from the lively town center of San Teodoro, from supermarkets, from the pleasant evening stroll and near the most beautiful beaches of the island: La Cinta, the Isuledda, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandìnchi, Capo Coda Cavallo.
The apartment consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, comfortable bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds, a large furnished veranda for dining out and a beautiful garden in front of the house with barbecue.

Super schöner Urlaub wie zuhause!

Das Haus sieht wie beschrieben aus und wurde wirklich mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Geschlafen haben wir und unsere 2 Kinder wie zuhause! Auf dem Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, haben unsere Kinder schnell Anschluss zu anderen bekommen. Die Nachbarschaft sind zu 99% Italiener, was es noch heimischer macht. Zum Strand war es mit dem Auto nicht weit und zum Nachtmarkt konnte man zu Fuß laufen. Die Kinder würden immer wieder in das Haus gehen. Kommunikation mit Daniela ist zu jederzeit problemlos gewesen und wirklich eine super nette Frau :) vielen Dank!

Vacanza a San Teodoro

L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, arredato con gusto, lo spazio esterno fruibile per pranzi/cene. Offre tutto quello che serve per una vacanza. In buona posizione, vicina ad alcune spiagge, altre raggiungibili in auto o bici. Complesso residenziale tranquillo, fuori dal centro del paese che è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi.

Cosy apartment

We stayed for one week in October and the apartment matched the description and the pictures. The owner was really helpful and we were greeted by a representative even at 22 o'clock at night. Being there with a little kid we just loved the washing machine. It was our mistake that we did not see that there is no couch. But the patio offers a second table and chairs to lounge on.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus in netter Wohnsiedlung

Reihenmittelhaus mit schöner Einrichtung. Das Haus liegt in einer älteren, sehr grünen Ferienhaussiedlung die größtenteils von Einheimischen/Italienern bewohnt wird. Haus und Inneneinrichtung sind in gepflegtem Zustand. Das Bad ist neuwertig. Die Betten haben vernünftige Matratzen. Der Garten (Wiese) könnte ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen. Der Stadtkern von San Teodoro, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bis zum Strand ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Daniela ist eine zuverlässige uns seriöse Vermieterin. Kleine Probleme (leere Gasflasche) werden auch nach Ladenschluss sorgenfrei gelöst. Von der Umgehungsstraße sind kaum Geräusche zu vernehmen. Die Nächte sind sehr ruhig. Lediglich die Teenager-Kinder der Nachbarn können einen immensen Musik- und Diskussion-Lärm erzeugen. Ein deutliches Erhöhen der eigenen Lautstärke hat aber immer zu einer schnellen Reduzierung des Nachbarlärms geführt. ;-) Möglicherweise sind wir aber auch ganz einfach die italienische Grundlautstärke nicht gewohnt... Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Consigliatissimo!!

Siamo appena rientrati da una fantastica vacanza di 10 giorni passata a San Teodoro in questo stupendo appartamento, dotato di tutti i confort,comprese le zanzariere..che non guastano, molto godibile anche la parte esterna del villino, dove si può tranquillamente mangiare la sera. Posso solo fare i complimenti per il gusto che la signora Daniela ha messo nell'arredarlo, spero di tornarci presto!

UNA SPLENDIDA VACANZA

Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito e ben organizzato. Ottima soluzione, sia come posizione, tranquilla ma vicina al centro e al supermercato raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, sia per la vicinanza alle più belle spiagge. Facile la gestione della prenotazione e molto gentile e puntuale l’accoglienza della persona sul posto. Ci ricorderemo di questa vacanza per le nostre cenette all’aperto nella meravigliosa veranda, per le nostre passeggiate dopocena verso il centro paese, e per la bellezza delle spiagge e dei dintorni. Anche la nostra bimba si è divertita un sacco al parco giochi appena fuori dalla casa! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo angolo di paradiso, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vacanza San Teodoro

Vacanza molto rilassante . L'abitazione soleggiata ma arieggiata ha permesso di usufruire del patio per i pranzi e tranquille letture durante il riposo pomeridiano. La relativa distanza dal centro urbano ,gradita per il silenzio, consente con una piacevole passeggiata di poche centinaia di metri di raggiungere i principali ristoranti e la vivace vita notturna di Sam Teodoro. Le spiagge (tutte belle) sono ,alcune ,raggiungibili a piedi altre con la vettura.
