Vue magnifique. La terrasse est clairement l'atout maitre de cet appartement et permet de se regaler en y prenant tous nos repas. En revanche, le reste de l'appartement est... au plus juste. Tout est fait pour limiter les couts. Pas de draps fournis, necessité d'amener les siens ou d'en louer aupres de l'agence. Ceux que nous avons loués etaient propres, mais tachés. Le canapé est à moitie cassé, ne prevoyez pas d'y faire dormir quelqu'un. La table exterieure, le parasol, les chaises : tout est bancal. A noter que l'appartement est tres exigu, avec tres peu de rangement, notamment pour les courses alimentaires. Concernant l'agence immobiliere, très professionnelle, rien a dire, a l'heure pour l'etat des lieux de sortie, rapide et efficace.Pour resumer : terrasse fantastique, appartement pas terrible.

La location est exiguë, propre, claire, mais le matériel est réduit au strict minimum avec des dysfonctionnements: frigo dont le freezer est rempli de glace, lampe qui ne marche pas, canapé lit dont le sommier à lattes est cassé et rafistolé avec du scotch, l aspirateur ne marche pas... La terrasse est très grande et la vue sur la plage sublime. Cet appartement pourrait être un paradis si il était mieux géré et si on l avait aménagé et doté de matériel ( petits meubles, petits accessoires, étagères) avec un peu de générosité.Ici on sent juste le laisser aller et l envie d encaisser un loyer.Par ailleurs la région est magnifique et nous y venons souvent.

Formidable terrasse de 27m2 avec vue directe sur la mer.

La terrasse est effectivement le point fort de cette location même si elle partagée avec le logement d'à-côté ( simplement séparée par une cloison ). La description correspond à la réalité mais une photo du placard avec le lave-linge, le lave-vaisselle et le micro-ondes pourrait donner des informations supplémentaires aux futurs clients. Il faut noter quand même que le salon de jardin a déjà de nombreuses années d'utilisation ( simple table carrée en bois d'un mètre sur un mètre ) et une nouvelle table semble avoir été utilisée pour faire de la peinture. Un bain de soleil sur deux était particulièrement rouillé et cassé dès le début. Nous avons également signalé les fils de la bouilloire qui était dénudés sans que celle-ci soit changée.
