Beautiful apartment by the coast, with everything necessary

We (2 adults, 1 child) had a lovely vacation here. First, it helps that Le Pouldu is a lively, community-oriented place that has a lot going on, including markets, surf school, restaurants, activities, etc. But the apartment is lovely too. It's elegantly decorated but livable (not IKEA or typical rental), has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen is really well-stocked including some basics for the first day of cooking, there is good internet and working washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Parking is also available and easy to deal with. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming. Communication was clear throughout, but mostly it wasn't necessary because things were self-explanatory. The spaciousness makes the holiday more comfortable, because you don't *have* to go somewhere to relax. A nice bar and an excellent bakery are about 30 seconds walk away. Small beach right in front -- two other, better beaches within 10-15 min walking distance. A number of commenters have mentioned that the apartment looks better in person than in the photos: this is correct. It's really nice.

Un très bel appartement au bord de la plage

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement avec sa vue imprenable et fantastique sur la mer de la fenêtre du salon. La salle à manger et le salon sont conviviaux et très bien aménagés. La proximité de la plage est un grand privilège! Dennis est un hôte très agréable, Le checkin a très bien fonctionné malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive.

Traumferien in La Pouldu

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, es ist sehr ruhig im Haus sowie in Le Pouldu. Die Strasse ist eine Einbahnstrasse und es hat kaum Verkehr. Die zwei Bäder waren für uns als dreiköpfige Familie ein toller Luxus - gerade nach einem Strandtag. Aber das Beste ist natürlich die Sicht und die Helligkeit der Wohnung. Alles in allem war die Wohnung live noch schöner und charmanter als auf den Fotos. Wir kommen gern wieder. Le Pouldu ist nicht der schönste bretonische Ort, aber es gibt vier super Strände, einen Bäcker wenige Schritte vom Haus und zwei Mal die Woche ist Markt. Unser Teenie konnte sich bis spätabends mit Frites und Churros versorgen, einige kleine Restaurants gibt’s auch. Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub!

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien équipé, sanitaires datés mais corrects. Un petit bémol sur l'echaffaudage (provisoire) qui nous a gâché la vue et le sommeil (ça aurait été sympa de nous prévenir...).

Fantastischer Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der in die Mikrowelle integrierte Backofen ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dank (französischer und holländischer!) Anleitung gut bedienbar. Zum Empfang war niemand vor Ort, dank der sehr genauen, vorab geschickten Beschreibung war dies aber kein Problem. Le Pouldu ist ein kleiner Ferienort mit einigen kleineren Geschäften und einem Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Zu den Klippen und weiteren Stränden gelangt man schnell über gut ausgebaute Wege.
