We live in paradise and we want to share it with you.

Beautiful villa with exceptional views and wonderful facilities. Plot of 1000 m2 with house of 400 m2 built. On three floors. 165m2 ground floor with entrance to the house through a 'vestibule' or typical Andalusian house entrance with plants, flowers and decorations. When we walked through the main entrance to the dealer and see an open floor plan, zoned, distributed comfortable and original levels. It is situated: the kitchen with center island and table for 6; a large dining table for 10 people; a lounge with fireplace and 2 sofa; a beautiful room with table for playing cards; a charming reading area and the original chess table; quarter plate with washer and dryer; a toilet; a room for cleaning utensils and waste recycling; an exit to the patio where the living-machines of the pool and rack for clothes is; gateway to BBQ and first floor access stairs.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms: 1 master suite with double bed, bathroom and dressing; 1 bedroom with double bed, baby cot and wardrobe; 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and 1 bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe; 2/4 full bathrooms; living room with sofa bed and TV; access stairs tower; two terraces.

Third floor tower 25 m2, sofa bed and TV. with games for the Wii; 140m2 terrace with spectacular views of the sea, valley, mountain, nearby towns and especially sea.

Outdoor areas
Front area with parking for three cars, garden and porch where you can enjoy a sensational night views of Salobreña, lit Moorish castle, Salobreña beach; Motril and Torrenueva.

At the rear is a patio with covered barbecue, a table for 10 people and beer tap.

There is a pool of 13 x 6.5m. irregularly, with brimming glass illuminated from small garden overlooking the barbecue area where dinner while you enjoy a nice view of lights and water. Caribbean-style pool with four indoor seating and counter to cool inside and outside simultaneously.
Spacious terraced area with artificial grass, between two ponds with aquatic plants and fish, communicated with each other by a river and surrounded by a Zen garden.

We have availability of adjacent plot of 600m2, fenced to bring your pet if they wish.

Excellent tenants. I had a terrible time with the air conditioning problem. It's very difficult to find a technician in the middle of summer, but we did it, and he fixed the problem. Thank you for your understanding. Everything was clean and tidy, respectful of our belongings and our home. These are people we'd love to have back in our home, which is now theirs. Beautiful house - perfect for a family holiday

The house is spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The children (and adults!) loved the pool and the natural frog and fish ponds seem to do the trick keeping mosquitos at bay. Ricardo and his wife made us feel totally welcome - even supplying balloons for my baby granddaughter’s birthday. There were 10 of us including 3 young children and this was the perfect paradise for us to stay.

Amazing!

Amazing house and location. Ricardo, Gertru and Patricia were so welcoming and helpful, really made us all feel relaxed. The house was equipped with everything you would want to feel at home. Beautful and very comfortable accommodation with wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay at Ricardo's home in July 2017 - he and his family were very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to have met. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was a very pleasant way of cooling off and set in a private and relaxing environment. We would highly recommend a stay here as it is also a very good base for exploring the likes of Granada - the roads are very good and only takes around 45 minutes to get into the centre of Granada. The Alhambra is an absolute must - spectacular! Beaches around Salobrena are also very pleasant - Nerja with Birriana beach and Playa Marina del Este near Almunecar was definitely worth a trip. Exceptional villa and hosts

Host's Ricardo and Gertru truly make you feel welcome and make you feel like the villa belongs to you , nothing is too much trouble from contacting us to arranange food as shop's were shut ( arrived late Sunday evening) to refill for larger ,Ricardo's recommendation of Estrella damm was perfect. Views from balconies are exceptional of Mediterranean, Salobrena ,and mountains. Pool is second to none with so much thought put into it and lounging ares , you will discover great little touches and the pool shower is a lovely touch , and the evening frog choir's is amazing . villa is beautiful inside and out and exceptionally clean . Great little restaurants ( I would highly recommend restaurant la Biznaga staff and food were exceptional ) 3 large supermarkets , numerous bars and shops all within 10 minute drive . Very safe area even at night with police and security regularly patrolling. Everything about villa and grounds are amazing but not as amazing as Ricardo and Gertru who truly make you feel at home and that you have known them for years, Thank you for helping make our stay very memorable and look forward to visiting this piece of heaven again,Love and best wishes the Moore family

C’était vraiment génial. Grande villa magnifique, les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et très serviables, à l’écoute de nos moindres désirs, Le seul bémol, est de devoir prendre tout le temps la voiture pour se déplacer, que ce soit pour les courses, la plage, et, le barbecue qui manque de tirage et dégage beaucoup de fumée. Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires très positifs sur notre jolie maison. La maison est située dans une urbanisation de luxe, classée parmi les meilleures d'Andalousie. Son emplacement sur une colline vous permet de profiter de vues spectaculaires sur la mer et les montagnes. Cet emplacement privilégié oblige à utiliser la voiture pour faire du shopping à Salobreña, située à trois kilomètres. Si la maison était plus proche du village, elle n'aurait pas de vue et perdrait beaucoup de son charme. Je suis désolé pour le problème avec la fumée du barbecue. Il y a des années, pour éviter ce problème, j'ai installé une hotte aspirante en inox à la sortie de la cheminée pour faciliter l'évacuation des fumées. Il y a toujours du vent dans la maison, donc ce problème ne se pose généralement pas ; il n'arrive que par calme plat, comme on dit dans notre région, quand pas une feuille ne bouge. Je m'excuse encore pour le désagrément que j'ai eu ce jour-là avec le barbecue. Je vais voir si je peux remplacer la hotte par une hotte à moteur électrique pour éviter ce problème isolé, qui arrive rarement. En tout cas, vous serez toujours le bienvenu chez nous, malgré le problème que nous avons rencontré avec le lave-vaisselle, que nous avons dû remplacer par un neuf, et qui devait être un hasard, pensions-nous.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie, mega schönem Pool und Außenanlage. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Hausbesitzer sind so sympathisch und liebenswert. Holyday in Spain 2023

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es bietet viel Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse auf der wir uns immer mal wieder aufgehalten haben, um den schönen Blick auf Salobrena, das Meer und die Berge zu genießen. Andere schöne Außenbereiche sind die Loungeecke unterhalb des Pools, die beiden Ebenen neben und oberhalb des Pools, wo man sich auf Liegen entspannen kann und den überdachten Essbereich. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und wir haben ihn oft genutzt. Wir haben uns fast nur in diesen Außenbereichen aufgehalten und es sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber Ricardo und Gertrudis haben uns sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet und waren in allen Bereichen hilfreich. Auch die Tochter, die regelmäßig den Pool und den Außenbereich pflegte und uns Gemüse und Obst aus ihrem Garten hinstellte, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir können dieses Haus und seine netten Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!

Unas vacaciones estupendas

La casa es fantástica y está totalmente equipada (ropa, menaje, electrodomésticos, etc.). Nuestros anfitriones, Ricardo y Gertrudis, siempre atentos para que todo estuviera perfecto. La ubicación es tranquila y con unas vistas excelentes, el único pero es que hay que coger el coche para todo. Nosotros éramos un grupo de 10 adultos y todos hemos estado encantados.

Vacaciones en el paraíso

Pasamos nuestras vacaciones de dos semanas con dos familias en la casa de Ricardo y su esposa. La casa está ubicada en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Es muy grande y tiene suficientes dormitorios y baños y tiene una gran vista al mar. Dentro y fuera de la casa está muy bien diseñada y muy limpia. Detrás de la casa hay un jardín con piscina privada, decorado con buen gusto. Tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Ricardo y su esposa son muy amables y serviciales. Podemos recomendarlo al 100%.

A little touch of Heaven

Ricardo , his Wife and Patricia were so welcoming we instantly felt at home , in fact that is the 1st thing that was said to us , "this is your home , enjoy it like your own". The Villa is stunning , bigger than the pictures portray in a stunning location with views to die for. The accommodation was of the highest standard, the pool was amazing and the whole family had a brilliant time. Everything was catered for and if you needed something , it was there. Thanks to the Pond ( fish and frogs) the eco system meant very few mozzies ( which can be an issue in hotter countries) .10 min drive to Salobrena ( shops - Lidl etc / beaches and amazing food and nigh markets, 25 mins to Nerja, this place is special and we look forard to returning. "First of all, at the whole time before our stay the communication with the owner was very good! We, a group of seven people (four adults and three childs), were warmly welcomed and felt right home! The villa is perfect for a lovely stay in Salobrena, to relax and to enjoy the landscape. The house offers everything and leaves nothing to be desired. A nice pool area, a big barbeque area and a lot of possibilities to enjoy the sunset rounded off the positive impressions. Therefore, we can only recommend this villa." Paradies ist eine Untertreibung

Wer ein nur für die Vermietung bestimmtes steriles Ferienhaus sucht ist hier falsch. Das Haus wird einen Großteil des Jahres vom Besitzer Ricardo und seiner Frau selbst bewohnt. Dadurch ist die Ausstattung überragend. Das Haus wurde über viele Jahre geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dadurch entdeckt man selbst nach 2 Wochen immer noch viele Kleinigkeiten, die dem Haus/Grundstück eine spezielle Note geben. Haus und Grundstück sind riesig und selbst mit 10 Personen findet man immer eine ruhige Ecke. Anzumerken ist vielleicht noch, dass das 5 Schlafzimmer(Penthouse) über eine Treppe und ohne Tür zu erreichen ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für den einen oder anderen ist die Information vielleicht hilfreich. Abgesehen von dem Haus ist Salobrena und Umgebung im Gegensatz zu anderen Teilen der Küste sehr schön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. THX Ricardo for sharing your PARADIES with us.

Villa charmante bien aménagée idéale pour un séjour en famille près de la mer

Très belle villa proche de la mer, idéale pour des vacances en famille. De nombreux équipements: lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, grand réfrigérateur, etc... De nombreuse chambres climatisé, terrasse conviviale avec barbecue et grande piscine où l'on peut siroté son cocktail en appréciant la vue sur la mer. Propriétaire chaleureux et accommodant, très soucieux du confort de ces locataires.

Magnifique maison entretenue avec soin

Gertru, Patricia et Ricardo nous ont accueillis chaleureusement à la maison à notre arrivée de l'aéroport. Ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer tout de la maison afin d'y passer un séjour agréable. La propreté de la maison et son état étaient impeccables. La maison est suffisamment grande pour accueillir une très grande famille et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, la terrasse,... Nous avons passé de bons moments sur la magnifique terrasse, très fonctionnelle avec un décor enchanteur. La piscine est certainement un point fort de la maison, très belle et grande! La cuisine est très fonctionnelle pour cuisiner et très bien équipée. Un gros merci d'avoir partager votre propriété avec nous, vous avez été très généreux et nous avons eu un séjour fantastique.

Das Haus mit der Aussicht auf die Bucht ist ein Traum.

Der Vermieter Ricardo, seine Frau und seine Tochter sind sehr freundlich. Im Garten befindet sich ein eigener Pool, zudem hat man Zugang zu eine Anlage mit Pool, Babybecken und kleinem Spielplatz. Diese befindet sich ca. 300 m vom Haus entfernt, es geht steil bergauf. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht mit zwei Familien.

My house is a paradise that we like to share with our tenants. The house is very cozy and it has a nice layout. The pool is very original. The views from the house allow your mind to enjoy a spectacular landscape. The urbanization has exclusive facilities, careful and quiet for owners and tenants. We are a cozy family as well as the house. We like that the tenants feel at home and that they enjoy wonderful days of rest. Thanks to Jasmin, Sascha, Gerd and Juliane for their sympathy and for taking care of the house as if it were theirs. Congratulations for having such lovely and well-educated daughters as Paula, Leni and Laura. Our house will always have its doors open for you.

Maravillosa casa, con toda clase de detalles. Perfectamente amueblada y con un menaje sobrado. Vistas expectaculares. Tranquilidad absoluta. Los dueños encantadores y muy detallistas, muy pendientes del buen funcionamiento de todo. Visitas periódicas para limpiar la piscina y controlar que todo funciona bien. Volveremos
