Fabulous view of the Mediterranean!

My husband, kids and I spent a week in Salobrena and enjoyed the property very much. It was great to be able to swim in the pool. We will never forget the fabulous view. Esperanza, the property manager was cheerful and helpful. It was very pleasant to deal with her. Thank you!

Bella villa ma alcune pecche

Splendida vista, curato l'arredamento del salone, belle le terrazze e la piscina. Peccato gli arredi esterni usurati cosi come la biancheria sia da esterno che da casa . Inoltre la stanza posta sotto la piscina non è idonea ad accigliere ospiti perché troppo piccola e angusta. La propietaria comunque è stata disponibile nel risolvere subito alcune criticità

Amazing view, but overpriced

Upon arriving at the house, we were warmly greeted by the caretaker, Esperanza, a very sweet and helpful lady. She gave us a thorough tour of the house and handed over the keys, making us feel very welcome. The House Location: The location is fantastic, offering a breathtaking view. However, there are a lot of stairs both inside and outside the house, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Bedrooms: The bedrooms were comfortable with nice mattresses and pillows. Bathrooms: The bathrooms on the first floor had a persistent bad odor throughout our 14-day stay, despite our efforts to eliminate it. Additionally, we had to deal with cockroaches during the first few days. The ground-floor bathroom was clogged, causing the water to rise during showers. Living Room and Kitchen: Both the living room and kitchen were fine, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house. Hot Water: It's important to note that hot water is not available before 11:00 AM. The Outdoors Pool: The pool was big, clean, and very nice. Pool keepers attended to it several times during our stay. The pool area and terraces were great, offering stunning views. However, the pool light was disconnected, which would have enhanced the evening atmosphere and encouraged late-night swims. Terrace Lighting: The lights on the dining terrace were not working, necessitating the use of candles. The lamps were present but non-functional. Outdoor Furniture: The outdoor chairs on the terrace

Superbe vue

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Tout le monde a trouvé de quoi remplir la journée, lecture, préparation de bon petits plats, et bien sûr piscine, qui à fait la joie des grands et petits. Le gîte domine la mer à flanc de coline, sans vis à vis, avec une vue MAGNIFIQUE, comme sur les photos. L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux, merci à Esperanza, et à David et Antonio. PS si vous venez avec des adolescents, n'hésitez pas de visiter le Fort Bravo au nord d'Almeria .

A fantastic villa!

We had an exceptional stay in this exceptional villa! Pros: - The sea view - The living room (and its sea view, decoration, sofas, ...) - The terraces (and their sea view) - The swimming pool (and its sea view) Cons: - House (bathrooms) and accessories (deckchair on the pool board, barbecue) a little aging - Not enough crockery if you are more than 4 Even if we can always improve a few points, this villa is absolutely fantastic and will leave you with wonderful memories (especially a sea view that you will never forget!) Thanks to Esperanza who was also very kind! ;)
