For fans of swimming and water sports at sea, getaways in the mountains, illuminations and Christmas fairies on the coast.
The Lemon Festival and the Carnival of Nice, Corso golden fruit and flower battles in February and March.
Tennis Masters in Monaco in April.
The F. 1 Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Historique in Monaco in May.

Renovated, it has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is very bright with many modular lighting.

Between sea and mountains, in a quiet and close to the city center of Menton and its beaches, the avenue Cernushi where my apartment is located is part of the Borrigo area and offers daily all the amenities for a peaceful holiday in the country olive, orange and lemon trees.
Thanks to a subtropical microclimate benefactor (with 316 days per year without clouds), Menton almost ignores the winter. In any season we can enjoy a sovereign sea and a mountain near and sunny.

Direction the Lemon Country! For a visit or a holiday, it is very likely like Jean Cocteau, that you are seduced by the charm of Menton! Located between the Italian border and Monaco, Menton is a City of Art and History with exceptional cultural and natural heritage. Menton is full of exceptional gardens and citrus crops that have made it famous since the 19th century! The Menton Lemon Festival is also an event known around the world.

Les propriétaires sont sympa et à notre écoute, rien ne manque dans cette location avec une jolie décoration, tout y a été prévu, son emplacement est juste super avec station de bus presque au pied de l'immeuble et la gare à quelques minutes de marche, commerces à proximité. Si nous avons la possibilité d'y revenir, nous retiendrons cette adresse car à Menton il y a encore beaucoup de lieux à découvrir

Situation idéale pour parcourir la ville. Je suis enchantée de ce logement qui a rempli mes attentes. Nous n’etions là que pour dormir. Je n’ai utilisé que deux tasses mais visiblement il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Merci Bernadette et Patrick, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Pour un magnifique séjour

L'appartement est impeccable, très propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Le balcon offre un surcroît d'espace agréable. Une solution "parking" est prévu. Le lieu est idéal pour se rendre,à pied, au centre-ville et aux plages, voire , pour les amateurs de balade sans effort au Cap-Martin. Menton a bien des atouts entre bord de mer et petits villages hauts perchés dans la montagne. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Patrick pas avare de conseils pour une réussite du séjour.

Appartement conforme à la description, très confortable et super équipé. Accès tous commerces ( supérettes, pizzeria, boulangerie et boucherie top qualité ...) situés à quelques mètres du logement. Du living et de la terrasse, vue sur l'arrière pays montagneux (St Agnès) magnifique. La vieille ville se situe à quelques centaines de mètres de l'immeuble, vous permettant d'effectuer une très agréable ballade le long de la mer pour vous y rendre. Transports en commun, location de voitures à prix très démocratiques (à proximité directe), vous offrent la possibilité de découvrir avec bonheur les environs de Menton. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil et les infos sur la région. Merci à vous deux pour ce moment de bien-être

Excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement

Très bel appartement propre et bien agencé. Tout a été prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Lit très confortable. WIFI ultra rapide. Bien chauffé et ventilé. Bien insonorisé. Nous avons aimé les petites attentions à notre arrivée : lait et eau plate et gazeuse ainsi que les dosettes de café et de thé. Avec la proximité de la gare des trains et des bus, notre voiture a été laissée sur le parking devant la résidence. Bernadette et Patrick sont très charmants et le contact convivial. Nous reviendrons. Nous le conseillons aux futurs voyageurs.
