In a small village in the heart of the natural park of the mountains of Ardeche at an altitude of 400m. House 80m2 independent, air-conditioned and comfortable, beautiful kitchen, bathroom Italian shower, separate toilet, large semi covered terrace with inflatable spa (37 ° C), garden furniture and views of the valley. 3 bedrooms, one with TV lounge. Very nice swimming spots in the village, including a private access to the river by a non adjoining land. Departure of hiking trails from the house.
20 km from the town of Aubenas and Vals les Bains. 2km from Meyras village character, 6km Neyrac Baths and 5km from Burzet. Cascades of Ray Pic and Mount Gerbier of the top of the valley rushes.

Super! The house is super clean and offers many features, as the photos on the website show. Big plus is the air conditioning, especially on very hot days. Good beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc..Contact with the owner is very smooth. Furthermore, by the river it is lovely to relax on hot days. In terms of surroundings, it is varied and you can walk, cycle or visit pretty villages. We liked it so much that we will definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic 3 week holiday in Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier in August/September 2025. So where do I start and where do I end? The host couple are absolutely fantastic, sweet and very helpful.The house is really good. There is everything you can think of in terms of equipment. Super good beds, which is important for a good holiday. Good rooms, with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is a nice size and has plenty of space in the shower. It was nicely cleaned upon arrival. In the living room there is very good material / flyers for various attractions - also a little in English The small terrace on the veranda is ideal for a cup of morning coffee in the sun. We also used the large terrace at the end of the house and the covered lounge area a lot when it got hot in the afternoon. Despite high outside temperatures, the house itself was always cool. During our period, the maximum daytime temperature was 33-37 degrees.The house has a garden with many green plants, which provides a certain privacy despite the fact that the house is located a little high.In Saint-Pierre-de Columbier there is a small grocery store with a really nice selection of almost everything and otherwise there are really good shopping opportunities in the nearby towns, for example InterMarche in Lalevade-dÁrdéche.We can highly recommend a holiday with this host family.Henry and Hanne, Denmark.

Excellent séjour à Saint Pierre de Colombier

Malgré un temps maussade, nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison bien aménagée, avec une terrasse très agréable. Très bon accueil. C'est bien situé pour faire des randonnées et visiter des sites magnifiques dans cette belle région.

Séjour mémorable pour toute la famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 4 filles de 14 ans à 6 mois. La maison est simple mais très pratique à vivre. La grande terrasse est un vrai plus : un espace convivial et détente à différents moments de la journée, idéal pour les repas également. Les filles ont bien profité du bassin jacuzzi. Coup de cœur pour le petit coin de paradis privé à la rivière. Sans oublier les délicieux fruits et légumes gorgés de soleil cultivés par le Papa de Romain.

Groot huis met prachtig uitzicht in rustig dorp.

Wij hebben met onze hond 3 geweldige weken gehad, huis prima, terras met ligstoelen en heerlijke yakuzi, uitzicht op de bergen. Eigen strandje aan de Ardeche 5 minuten lopen van het huis. Heerlijk koud water. In het dorp valt niets te beleven, wel heerlijk rustig. Vallon pont d'ark is uurtje rijden. Goed fietsen met de racefiets, veel klimwerk! Supermarkt 15 minuten afstand. Goed contact met de beheerder.

Fijn huis op een mooie plek

We hebben met ons gezin van 6 personen een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis is heel compleet, alles wat iemand nodig heeft is aanwezig. En het “eigen” plekje bij de rivier is ook prachtig. Ik raad dit huis zeker aan!

Une semaine au vert

Notre séjour dans la maison de Romain fut agréable et tranquille. Cela nous a permis de nous déconnecter et de nous ressourcer... Nous sommes partis à 4 adultes + deux enfants de 8 et 10 ans. Les plus : - Un très bon accueil de la part des parents de Romain - Un petit présent à notre arrivée (vin et n délicieux saucisson maison) - Romain est assez joignable et a toujours répondu à nos questions / soucis - Emplacement très tranquille - Proximité d'un dépôt pour le pain frais Les moins : - La maison sentait le renfermé à notre arrivée. - Le ménage était très approximatif : eau noire lorsque nous avons lavé le sol + vaisselle collante (heureusement frigo, wc et douche étaient propre) ; il y avait peu de produits ménagers pour régler ce soucis et le lave-vaisselle était en défaut de sels régénérants + liquide de rinçage - Toute la maison n'est pas climatisée, uniquement une chambre + couloir et salon - Pas de TV dans le salon suite à un orage (problème de box). Heureusement un ami de Romain et venu nous dépanner après +/- 24h. - Le jacuzzi se met en défaut et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter suffisamment à notre goût car il a fallu le relancer plusieurs fois Encore merci pour l'accueil :)

Alles leicht und entspannt

Der Empfang am Anreisetag, das Bezahlen, das Entsorgen unserer Abfälle, die frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten, die Lage des Hauses, alles war angenehm, leicht gemacht und hat für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub gesorgt.

Magnifique sejour

Nous avons passés 2 excellentes semaines sous le soleil. Le gite est propre, confortable, simple mais avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. La terrasse est parfaite pour profiter avec une vue magnifique et dans un environnement calme et reposant. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, merci beaucoup pour les bons légumes du jardin. L'accès à la rivière privée est un super, un vrai petit coin de paradis pour des moments au calme loin de la foule.... C'est sur on reviendra...

Schönes Haus in kleinem Dorf. Nur ca. 500 m entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Privatstrand. Toll!

Eine schöne Woche in einem gemütlichen, sauberen Haus. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und man bekommt frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tranquility

The property was very good and well equipped. The outside terrace was wonderful. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The surrounding area was outstandingly beautiful and we enjoyed riding our motorbike up into the mountains. The owners were extremely friendly and kindly gave us some vegetables grown in their own garden. Would definitely like to return to this property.

Wundervolle Auszeit

Wir waren im September 2018 für 2 Wochen zu Gast. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang und ist vorzüglich ausgestattet. Die Terasse ist ein Traum und war Mittelpunkt des Tagesablaufs. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und der eigene Garten mit frischem Gemüse und Obst. Danke für eine wundervolle Zeit.
