You will have a large open garden of 2500m2, with parking in the immediate vicinity of the house for 2 cars.

Beautiful Balazuc

My wife & I stayed in this charming home for 2 weeks in Nov/Dec 2019. The house was clean, comfortable & cosy with log fire, good wifi/TV reception, excellent cooking facilities and quality bedding & linen. Nothing more you could wish for. The location and panorama was breathtaking. Sitting on the terrace listening to the Ardèche River flow by while drinking vin rouge was “ si adorable”. The welcoming gifts were also much appreciated. Amazing!

Balazuc is just delightful. This is our second time staying in Julie's home. It is so beautiful and comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy Balazuc and the river. Can't wait to come back again!

La maison de Julie est confortable, bien équipée et se situe dans un cadre naturel extraordinaire. L’accueil et la flexibilité de Julie sont à également à souligner. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis pour visiter la région et profiter de la maison !
