Our home is in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have owned a condominium in Monterey Country Club for 14 years, and we spend the winters here. We are retired, and enjoy the sunshine, golf and hiking in the Coachella Valley.
Why they chose this property
We bought this property when it came on the market, as it is an end unit right across from our condominium. We rent it when it is not in use by friends and family. We furnish it for our friends, kids and grandkids, so the kitchen is completely stocked, and there are games, DVD's, books and pool toys for adults and kids.
What makes this property unique
It is a great property, steps from the pool and hot tub, on the fairway of the signature hole of the golf course, with great views of the surrounding mountains and spectacular sunsets from the large patio.
