The rental was as advertised but!

The rental was clean and everything in the rental appeared to be very new and most things were in good condition. The rental is and apartment in what appears to be an area of "low rent" apartment buildings. Walls are thin and noise form apartment above could be heard. Saturday night we had lots of late talking, some yelling and a few loud fire crackers. Weather was warm for the bay area and apartment with no AC became warm. One small fan helped. Ice maker in freezer did not appear to work but there were 2 small ice trays. Michael checked in to make sure we arrived OK and we managed to make most of our meals though the kitchen could use measuring cups. Bathroom faucet was loose, I reattached handle on kitchen drawer. The owner should mention that the rental is in an apartment in a neighborhood with many small apartment buildings. The Wogees from Skyforet, CA

The location is great is you are visiting the Silicon Valley. Its super central and close to every major tech company. The property also underwent a complete renovation in 2015, so everything in there is pretty new.
