The NAPP at Paradise in the Pines is located in a heavily wooded area with miles of uninhabited land directly behind the cabin. Just 35 miles from Yellowstone National Park it is the best of both worlds, enjoy the Park and all it has to offer, but ESCAPE from the crowds to the woods at the end of the day and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
This comfortable cabin has 3 private bedrooms in the cabin and a sleeping loft with 2 queen beds. There are two full bathes, plus a half bath in the cabin. The separate bunkhouse (located above the garage) provides an expansive, open living area with 4 queen beds and a television viewing area; along with its own full bathroom. Also, for those indoor recreation enthusiasts, a game of pool can be played when the access to bunkhouse is available. The cabin’s beautiful living room, kitchen and dining area creates an ideal space for everyone to gather and discuss the day’s events, watch television or just enjoy a fire. The covered deck allows for you to enjoy the great outdoors no matter what the weather! Enjoy the porch swing or make the most of your evening meals by dining outside! The fire pit located off the back deck gives you a marvelous area to sit and enjoy a fire on a crisp evening.

This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. We are also under a county ordinance for short term rentals and ask that our guests please stay in compliance for their safety and health; we ask that you stay within capacity limits, read the burn ordinance and please be neighborly.

Stay July 14-19
It was good stay, loved the overall stay & enjoyed some of the spices. google maps was showing location on right side instead of left side, so freaked us out when we arrived late night. Access to garage rooms was from outside, so was scary for kids to stay and we hardly used it, other then for morning yoga. The dryer is not working though, so we had to hang all towels outside to dry. Shawne was amazing she picked up the phone, soon as I called her late on the night, when we could not find the house, and helped us navigate. It would help to publish the actual time from Yellowstone west gate, and proximity to the locations. Wifi was very weak and slow though. Overall enjoyed the stay, loved the instapot. Thank you for everything

STUNNING PROPERTY!!!
This is BY FAR the most OUTSTANDING experience I have had with renting a property. Even better than resorts. We are a family of 6 & had more than enough space. The accommodations were endless & the decor was spot on. My older (teen/tween) kids enjoyed “having their own apartment” as they put it. There’s a huge space above the garage where they enjoyed playing billiards, board games, & hanging out together. It was wonderful to see them actually enjoy spending time together, reconnecting, & having fun. This property has everything you could possibly need. Including all kitchenware, condiments, supplies, everything. Just bring food & everything else is there. There are other cabins in the development, but more than enough distance to still give you a secluded feel. There is a place in the backyard for a campfire & everything is provided right there. Lots of firewood & beautifully finished log benches for everyone to sit around the fire. We stayed for a week. I thought the kids would be dying to go home to their video games, but they enjoyed it so much they wanted to stay longer. It is a little further from Yellowstone, about a 40 minute drive - but well worth it! An easy drive with a lot of scenery. ***One tip for future guests - Google tells you to turn right once you enter the development. It drops you off in front of the wrong cabin. You actually need to turn left & watch the addresses. Very successful vacation trip & would love to return! Thank you!

Large cabin
Our family had a lot of fun in quiet solitude. We enjoyed relaxing on the spacious deck, watching horses, finding frogs, roasting marshmallows, and taking nature walks. There was plenty of room for everyone. Some minor complaints: The location was quite a drive from the main highway. The price was more expensive than other similar properties. Some annoying tiny black flies that mother nature threw at us.

Cabin and loft was exactly what we needed for our family. It was great to have 3.5 bathrooms and Queen/king beds. The property was beautiful and well kept with all the supplies we needed.

Bob & Barb, originally from northwest Washington, have lived in Idaho since 1993. Snowmobile trips to Island Park has proven to be one of their family’s favorite outings. An opportunity to purchase this "paradise in the pines" was the perfect way to continue to make memories with their family, as well as provide a great place for guests. A family gathering resulted with a personalized cabin name: The NAPP @ Paradise in the Pines. The grandkids like the NAPP (Nana and Papa’s Place). When visiting, they invite you to sign the guest book and share about your adventures. What an opportunity to enjoy the many venues of recreation while appreciating the tranquility and beauty of the area!

Why they chose this property

We decided in 2019 to sell our investment property in Burlington and reinvest in this peaceful paradise in the pines. It is just a little over 2 hours from our home in Idaho We look forward to spending time here with our family and making marvelous memories with them. We hope that you will enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the area, like we do.

What makes this property unique

The cabin is close to all that Island Park provides. Mountains and waterways can all be accessed from the vast amount of trail systems right out the front door. Just 45 minutes from the gates of Yellowstone National Park, the cabin is convenient to access all the activities of the area, but also provides you the solitude and serenity for a beautiful trip out west! We invite you to come and after enjoying our area - please sign our guest book and tell us about your adventures while visiting us at Paradise in the Pines!
