Three-room apartment with sea view, garden and parking space.

Apartment inserted in an Italian tourist village with a condominium swimming pool and equipped solarium area, in a 5-hectare park. Living room with kitchenette (sink, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and various cupboards, fully equipped with small appliances), double bedroom in the attic, with a window on the roof and mosquito net, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom completely renovated with built-in shower, TV with satellite dish, washing machine (new), fridge freezer (new), fan, hairdryer and iron. Magnificent covered sea view terrace with table (wrought iron and Vietri ceramics) and wrought iron chairs. Private garden. Private parking space in front of the apartment. Small cellar (under the terrace). In the pool condominium BBQ, bookable for outdoor dining. I do not provide bed linen or towels (but can be rented on site for a fee). Free WIFI guaranteed in the pool area.

Appartamento molto confortevole, super accessoriato in un contesto tranquillo. Vicino alle spiagge più belle della zona di Portovecchio. Host gentilissima e disponibile, molto reattiva per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo per vacanze in famiglia, davvero esperienza super!!

Casa come da descrizione, in un residence molto tranquillo, casa pulita e in ordine, con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno, aria condizionata, posto auto,vicinissimo alle spiagge di Pinarello, siamo stati con i nostri due cani senza problemi, la proprietaria è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Un chouette séjour !

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles journées de vacances: emplacement, vue, propreté, calme, fonctionnalité (petit bémol pour le four qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour mais on a fait autrement 🙂) et une communication simple, agréable et efficace.

Très bon séjour pour récupérer du GR20

Logement bien situé un peu au calme, plage à 10 min à pied, super vue du balcon. Bien équipé (four et ventilateur HS à revoir cependant).

Génial belle vue

10 min à pied de la mer de vardiola pas trop top pour passer une journée mais faire une petite heure pourquoi pas et a 10 min en voiture de la plage de pinarrello , juste magnifique
