Beautifully Renovated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Third Floor Unit Available For Season

Beautifully decorated and renovated 2bd/2ba third floor unit available in Augusta Court in Lely. Close to all that East and South Naples has to offer-5th Avenue/Tin City, beaches, etc.). Unit is on the third floor and is close to the elevator. A new airconditioner was installed in June 2017 and a new full-size washer and dryer installed in December 2017. Unit is also tastefully decorated with wood flooring, new furniture and new linens/towels. In addition to the queen-sized bed in the master suite and the full sized bed in the second bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair in the living room. Unit is also conveniently located near I-75 (Exit 101), Marco Island and shopping (Walmart, Publix, etc.). There is a community pool and barbeque area and there are frequent community events planned by the HOA. Come and enjoy season in sunny warm Naples. Sorry, no pets please.

Comfortable condo

Annamarie is a wonderful host! The condo is beautifully decorated and provides all the necessary furniture and equipment one needs for a long term stay. The community is super friendly and the location is very convenient to the greater Naples area. The third floor provides a lovely view of a golf course.

Very beautiful, peaceful & very friendly neighbors!

We were able to just relax and enjoy the awesome view off the lanai! The pool was very nice and there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The beach is close & there are many restaurants & stores just down the road!
