The property was perfect for our 2 days stay, open floor plan, beds were comfortable kitchen is a great size living room was comfortable. Added plus was the fooseball table. Neighborhood is quite and pleasant.
We were in Tucson for work, and chose this house for the size of the parking area - which was big enough for 2 trucks with small cargo trailers. What we didn't expect was the size of the house, as it was much larger than we anticipated! The bedrooms were spacious and the living room was roomy with a desk/work area, there's even a back game room with a foosball table! The house was spotless and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet and seemed family oriented, everyone out walking with dogs and children were friendly. The host was quick to respond and very pleasant. We plan to return!
The place was clean, well appointed, and was close enough to the U of A social scene for Family weekend. Mark was great to work with - super easy to check in/out. We'd stay again!
This house fit our need perfectly. The neighbor was quiet and the house was tidy and in order. Mark was an excellent host, always promptly responding. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay here again!
The property was great; it was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for 4 adults; the house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was good; we were able to get to most of our desired destinations within 20-30 minutes. If we ever find ourselves in Tucson again, we would return!
Really enjoyed the property, neighborhood was great and in a wonderful location . Loved the Polish Cottage for dinner about a mile from the house. Easy to get to parks we visited and the wedding venue we were at. Mark the owner was easy to work with, very accommodating. I would do this again.
We were 2 couples and 1 single and the house was great for us 5 with 2 huge rooms with kingsize beds and a smaller room with 2 twins. One of the kingsize rooms has an ensuite bathroom with large raindrop shower. It is separated from the other bedrooms by the kitchen and hallways and large TV(with a very large TV and reclining sofas) room, dining room (table with 6 chairs) and foosball room. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The beds were comfortable, even for my very sensitive husband, and there were lots of blankets and comforters to keep us cosy when it snowed in Tucson. That was so appreciated. And the heating in the house was great and we were happily able to keep it at 70 during the day. The kitchen was really well equipped when it came to mugs, cutlery and pots and large plates, dishwasher, gas stove, full size fridge and microwave. In a perfect world, we would have appreciated some small plates, some sugar, oil and other basic condiments, and some more furniture in the twin bedroom and one of the large bedrooms (i.e. somewhere to put the suitcases and maybe a chair or two). These are minor quibbles and we worked them out. One suggestion for prospective people staying in the house is that you bring earplugs (we swear by the custom fitted ones). In the north (Canada) we are used to lots of carpets that dampen sounds. In this house, the walls are plaster (adobe?) and the floors are tile and so the sound really carries. We understand that the lack of carpeting is really helpful and necessary when it's summer in Tucson, so this is not a complaint. In fact, we have no complaints. Mark, our host, was responsive and we want to thank Mark for making this house available to us. It was a great home base while we were touring the area and attending a conference. Thanks!!!
It was very comfortable, the backyard was a great place to sit and relax. It has a table and chairs and has a roof for shade! The front porch is nice for looking at the sunset! Mark was very good at getting back to you if you needed anything. I would recommend staying there!
The property was exactly what we were looking for regarding location and comfort. The area was very quiet and felt very safe and it was an easy quick ride to U of A. We had everything we needed at tge property and our host was always responsive when we reached out. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend this property. Thanks
