Cottage in the countryside classified furnished with 3-star tourism, house of an old farmhouse, located in "MIANNAY", a small town very well flowered in the hollow of a valley, where the waters of a small river flow. Trie ". Near the" Baie de Somme "10 minutes from SAINT VALERY sur SOMME (medieval town).


Housing 90 m² comprising on the ground floor,

Entrance leading to living room / lounge (TV, DVD) of an open fitted and equipped kitchen (LV, MO, oven, coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, etc.)
Shower room Italian shower, sink, wc, hair dryer, washing machine

Upstairs,

3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 beds, one bedroom with two 90/190 beds and separate wc.

A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after inventory.

Bed and bathroom linen not provided rental on request. Bed linen option made on arrival 15 euros per bedding, bathroom linen option a large towel + a small one + a glove 8 euros.

Cleaning fee option 50 euros to be paid on arrival

Félicitations pour cet endroit! Une belle maison typiquement française avec des chambres confortables et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Un joli détail est la vue depuis l'arrière d'une ancienne grange avec un tracteur Renault et une scie à ruban antique :-) L'amour d'Arnhem

Lovely farmhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this farmhouse. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating to our needs. We were a little surprised by the fact that you have to pay extra for bedding and towels. Since we traveled from overseas that is just not possible to pack. It would be friendlier if the sheets and towels are included in the price. And it would be nice to have some salt, pepper, tea and some coffee to start. It was a very clean and charming house. The surrounding village was lovely.

Très bon séjour dans ce joli gîte et cette belle région!

Le gîte est bien situé pour découvrir la baie de Somme où les activités à faire sont nombreuses. Propre, calme, dans une belle bâtisse bien rénovée, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, parfait avec un enfant en bas âge. Elisabeth et Michel sont charmants et savent accueillir!

Ce gîte confortable est situé dans un village fleuri et calme mais qui permet un accès facile à de nombreux sites de la magnifique Baie de Somme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Accueil distant et réservé, équipement à disposition très complet, 1 WC à chaque étage, location spacieuse mais bruyante en période de canicule quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes, à cause de passages quotidiens de tracteurs et machines agricoles.

... un logement scrupuleusement entretenu par de sympathiques propriétaires dans une très belle région qui mérite visite en toutes saisons. Le logement est très bien situé pour rayonner dans la région dans un tout petit village calme.

Couple charmant et accueillant, gite dans vieille bâtisse bien rénové, spacieux et très propre, jardin clos et fleuri très sécurisé, grande terrasse goudronnée pour repas dehors avec salon de jardin complet. Environnement calme et bien situé pour découvrir une magnifique région.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances en Baie de Somme. La région est très jolie et il y a de nombreuses choses à découvrir. Le gîte de Mr et Mme Fréville est conforme à la description. Il est propre et offre tout le confort souhaité. Les lits faits à l'arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Le jardin est clos, au calme et sans vis-à-vis. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
