For your next Hill Country vacay, book your stay where you get it all. Book your stay at Water's Edge Retreat! This stunning home is 3,700 square feet and accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

At Water's Edge Retreat, you'll have it all. The spacious living area overlooks the lake and features cozy seating and an HDTV. You'll also have deck access, and there's additional seating for conversation or games! The kitchen is complete with modern amenities, granite countertops, and all of the essential kitchenware. The dining area includes a dining table that comfortably seats 8 and features gorgeous views. Need another gathering area? There's an additional living area complete with a wall-mounted TV and half bathroom. There is also a rec room with foosball, ping pong, and HDTV.

Upstairs is where you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, queen bed, sitting area, private upper deck with lake views, and attached bath complete with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and TV. The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed and TV. The third bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

Then there's the outside! Water's Edge Retreat features a 500 square foot deck with seating for everyone and sweeping views. And don't miss the opportunity to get on the lake! Go for a swim at the lakefront, head over to one of the nearby boat ramps with your personal boat in tow, or to a local marina to rent a boat during your stay. Numerous fun activities are a short drive from Water's Edge - float the Guadalupe, spend the day at Schlitterbahn, tour a winery, enjoy a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 4 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

* Please note that the walk from the back of the home to the lake (and back!) can be challenging for some guests. Ease of entry into the lake varies based on water level.

Great location, house outdated, many issues:

Issues: Very dirty place, many bugs, Heat doesn't work properly super HOT in the second floor, super cold in the first floor. Nasty dirty kitchen, completely disorganized, dirty oven, dirty cabinets, lots of spider webs and dead bugs. No exhaust in the first floor bathroom, toilet clogs, house smells, feels dirty overall. Not a great experience.

Great family getaway

House large enough to separate kids from the adults. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Every living area large enough for evening game nights. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Wildlife awesome to watch in the evenings as well.
