Historic one bedroom Queen with pull out in the living room, full kitchen with granite counter tops and a full bath, high speed internet and cable TV, screened porch and a BBQ grill. This Cottage has all the charm of Old Florida on a one lane road in St Lucie Village on the Indian River Lagoon. The Property boast almost six acres of tropical bliss. Bring your boat or use our Kayaks, picnic on one of the Islands with in a 15 min Kayak trip or on our dock that has a large terminal end with a covered end for shade.If you like to fish this is the place for you with the inlet 1 mile away and the Ocean 2 miles away you have the choice of fishing in the Ocean, Lagoon or on our dock with a fish cleaning station, fresh water wash down and rod holders. for those night owls we have lights on the dock. Our laundry room has books, games life jackets and an 800 lb ice machine to fill your coolers before heading to one of the beaches, whether you chose N Hutchinson Island at 1.5 miles away or S Hutchinson Island at 2 miles away with a new beach every 1/4 mile as you travel south. All holiday bookings are a minimum of 3 nights.

Roaches, mold. Does not look like whats in the picture. Save your money and go elsewhere

This review is fraudulent. This woman cancelled her reservation prior to her expected arrival and never stayed at the cottages. We allowed the cancellation and gave a full refund even though it was not allowed by the rental policy. VRBO should not have allowed this review from a guest that never stayed.

Nice property and location but not an acceptable accommodations for price.

Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice.
