Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic meadow area near the pool and spa. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

This bright corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV. The living room offers two queen sofa beds, one with a new memory foam mattress, as well as a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, along with both a Keurig coffee maker (pods not provided) and a small drip coffee maker. One outdoor parking space is included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Annual mammoth trip

We stayed in July ‘23 and it was a perfect stay. The place was clean and super easy to check in. I will say the pics of the home didn’t do it justice, it was much larger then expected. Will definitely be using again.

Nicely Furnished Condo

We had a great Mammoth ski trip and stay at Sunrise 32. It's nicely furnished with a large living room area. The three full sized beds (including the sofas) were perfect for me and my two adult kids. Pickup/drop-off of the keys and info was easy at the onsite office.

Everything was as advertised
